Last June I ordered 2 pillows. I was promptly charged but after no delivery, and multiple tries to find out where my order was, I finally disputed the charge with my CC company. CITI tried to get resolution but eventually gave up and issued me a full credit. Now, 8 months later, I get a letter from a collection agency. Imagine that. I sent multiple emails to MyPillow customer service with proof the FedEx never delivered my order. My Pillows answer, I have to settle the matter with collections. This company is horrible to deal with. Do not ever buy anything from them as they take your Money and do not send your order. Mike Lindell should be ashamed. I would rate them a 0 if I could.

These pillows are simply amazing, I LOVE MY PILLOWS, the only pillows I will buy now. I have to say try this. GREAT PRODUCT.

I haven't slept so well in years. Love it! It was also delivered promptly. Definitely will be purchasing from them again.

We received a mattress topper, it was the wrong size and all it was, was a big piece of foam, I called to find out were the three layers were and the girl said to take a knife a cut into the side of mattress a small cut to see the layers. I did and found some of the same material as what is in pillows, about an inch, then I decided to cut deeper, about six inches and there was nothing but foam rubber that came from Massachustes. What a rip off, Trump doesn't need someone like this. Mike is a crook that uses Christ as prop. Please look at your mattress

I purchased two MyPillow's several years ago. And, while it is a good product, even though they were and most of their products are way too expensive. Even their New low price of $19.95, you have to add $10 for shipping each pillow?. No way does MyPillow pay that to ship an item that's maybe a pound in weight! But, my main complaint is that I have tried contacting them several times about their 10 year warranty, as my two MyPillows are a couple of years old, but have lost their shape. They just keep telling me to "wash them", which I have done several times. I don't think they have or ever will honor this warranty. It is just for "optics" to make the company look good. This has nothing to do with politics. I have the number of emails, with no action on their part, just the company line of "Just wash them". I would never buy their products again, $150 for slippers? Really? That's more than I paid for my first used car!

The pillow is the worst I'm glad I got it on sale iv had cheaper pillows that are better I would not buy anything else from my pillow after this sucky pillow not worth what people say

My husband and I both have neck and upper back issues. Poorly made pillows can contribute to this issues. We finally found pillows that conform to us and never go flat and are extremely comfortable!
We are loyal customers who only order family's pillows through My Pillow!
We have to say we just don't get the bad reviews on here. May be false politically motivated reviews so please ignore and give the company a try and we strongly believe you will be as happy as we are!

This is literally the worst pillow I've ever bought. It is FLAT and LUMPY! How is this company still in business? Also, customer service was hard to contact, and once I finally talked to someone, they were rather RUDE!

I am unhappy with the lasting ability of the pillow. It felt good, allowed me to sleep well for the first 4/5 months. Now it collapses as soon as it is pulled from the dryer, lasting not even a night. I was able to return an earlier set, that lasted about 4 years. This set has lasted about 5 months. The manufacturing of the pillow is not as it was originally and does not last. I just bought a pillow from a different manufacturer the is guaranteed for 15 years... It feels wonderful! And I will buy more. Anyone want the used My Pillows?

Simply garbage! Hurt my head and neck. The foam constantly flattens out and you need to wake up at least 10 times a night to keep it fluffed up.

I bought two of the recommended firmness levels. One was to flat, both of them together, too high. They were made with lots of pieces of something that just feel lumpy. I ordered one of the higher level firmness, but it too was lumpy. I was expecting so much, and got nothing but disappointment. The pillow from Dollar General is much more comfortable. I would not recommend.

I have spent a great deal of time trying to order this pillow. When the cheapest shipping option is $10- it's overpriced. I personally don't like the pillow but a friend wanted to try it so it's kind of a joke and i am sending as a surprise. When i get to the payment part, i put in CC and it immediately says "you are trying to pay with an expired credit card" which is just not true. So i tried it again, only to find out that it hit my bank 2x. Order still not showing placed on the web, i've been hit for 2 orders now on my bank. I called the 800 #, was disconnected multiple times. 3rd time placing a call, unfortunately they cannot assist me at this time and I can leave a message. This has been the most frustrating experience! No pillow, no order, no customer service agents, no reliable phone system, a broken website and a broken process. Now i have to try to get my money back for the duplicate order, try to get this order placed, and wait fo a call back! The $10 coupon is not nearly enough to put up with this aggravation. Its 6 pm CST on Sat., why no cust service agents?

The only difference between my pillow and pillows you can get anywhere else is my pillow is very expensive and Walmart has much better pillows a lot less money i choose Walmart they are better and a lot cheaper

Pillow feels as if is filled with popcorn. I do believe most of the positive reviews are false. False advertisement.

I have purchased many times from My Pillow. I sleep amazingly with my pillow. I also have travel pillows, excellent for shoving into a backpack or camping gear. There is definitely a difference between a soft pillow and the more firm pillows. (I personally like the soft, so use the guide on their website)

The best pillow I've ever slept on. I bought a 2nd one. I have the sheets which are wonderful and pajamas which are the style I've been searching for for a few years. I would've gotten the slippers but I got a pair for Christmas. I accidentally bought the wrong size pajamas so I'll be ordering another pair & giving my current ones to a friend who has been looking for the button down shirt for a while also.

My wife and I placed an order for our sons before Christmas and paid extra to assure it would arrive before Christmas. 1/25/22 and we still have not received the order. They took our money and despite several attempts to contact them to resolve this issue we have yet to hear from them or receive anything. So Mike speaks of his Christian values and wears his cross outside his shirt but it is all phony BS to make money. It is disgusting and shameful
