After ordering my pillow, I read reviews. I was worried. They were kinda 50/50. When my pillow arrived it was rolled up, when I unrolled it, it was so thin. I was thinking, oh no... Ill never be able to sleep on this! Then read the instructions to put in dryer on high heat for 15 minutes. I did and it really fluffed it up, but it was still lumpy. Read more reviews to see if this was normal. It was, and its so you can adjust your pillow throughout the night. Im used to waking up a lot during the night with horrible neck pain and head ache. The first morning after sleeping on My Pillow I realized I slept through the night and I felt AMAZING! No neck or head pain. Now its been almost a week and its by far the best pillow Ive ever owned. I love it. Want to get more. It even came with a book!

Pillows were cheaply made. They're basically lumpy foam pieces stuffed into a pillow case. Tried repeatedly to reach customer service with no success. If you are brave enough to buy anything from my pillow.com, make sure you have your credit card issuer's phone number handy, that's the only way you'll get a refund.

By the way, our credit card customer service rep said she receives many, many calls about Mypillow.com's awful products and terrible customer service. I can't understand why my pillow.com hasn't been shut down yet.

Lousy quality for both. Sheets wrinkle pillow lumby. Customer device is almost non existant. Wouldn't put them in my dog house. I like my dog.

I hate that you constantly use God (and God Bless) to endorse and sell your products! You use God and Christianity to sell your products and shame on you.

And I also cannot stand that you say you personally guarantee all your products!

Your products are just OK and you take advantage of consumers by saying that they are the best on the planet. They are NOT Sir!

Quit using God and Christianity to sell your "AVERAGE PRODUCTS" which are no where near the best!

Shame on you! I cannot stand seeing your commercials... you irritate and disgust me and many others!

I purchased 2 sets of his gaza cotton sheets, big mistake, no matter how you wash them they wrinkle and any face products you might use leaves a yellow stain, color of my sheets are green, now with what looks like yellow stains, really cheapens the look of sheets, as for the pillow cases, very very wrinkled, n o way I'm putting my head on them.
As for his pillows, have the one bought 6 months ago and after 2 washings, no support left.

I purchased a pair of slippers and did not fit. I first tried to return them and he wait time to CS was 3 hours. I waited about a month to call back and finally got through and was able to get a return label. I returned the product and it was received on 2/12. As of today there has been no credit. I had to make another call today and if I were you, record the call so you have proof they will give yo a credit. Without me calling they would have never given me a credit. Now I need to wait five days for it to credit back to my CC. Mypillow is in business to sell you something and then make it as difficult as possible to return it or get your money back. That is their primary goal. He is a crook and is taken advantage of good people.

Uncomfortable, and wake up with headaches, nausea, after a not sore good nights sleep. Can some one research what the chemicals in these pillows are?

Don't waist your money, this pillow is horrible, I had more neck pain after using this pillow then I ever had. Do not recommend at all. I wish I could give this zero stars. I don't know what other people are talking about when they gave this 3,4 or 5 stars.

I received half a bag full of chopped up foam. I was expecting it to inflate or blow up but no it looks sad. Can't even call it a pillow and for the money spent not worth it. They send you a book that's included with with pillow charges. I don't want his book or his pillows. Worse invest ever.

I am completely turned off by this company the way Mike Lindell has made an absolute fool of himself. I had quite a bit of admiration and respect for him for his work in rehab and overcoming his own addictions. But he has lied so much that now I really don't know that we can believe anything that comes out of this man's mouth. He has lost all credibility. Go back to making pillows instead of fpolitical blunders, Mike! Also, I was willing to pay a bit extra knowing it was an American company. However, Lindell said on the Jimmy Kimmell Show that he buys all his fabric for the pillow covers and sheets OVERSEAS in Egypt! He said there are no weavers in the US but that is a FLAT OUT LIE! One search online and you can find hundreds! So, for the HUGE price of around $50 I paid for a pillow which is made from CHEAP OVERSEAS materials, I will NEVER buy from this dishonest businessman again. The pillow is made CHEAP, POOR QUALITY. Not a $50 pillow.

I purchased My Pillow for $65 on line because it advertised in TV as the best pillow one will ever have. I have neck pains due to cervical disks problems. After trying My Pillow for a month,
It didn't do anything & it is soo uncomfortable that my head seems to sink into the abyss of foams pieces. So please don't waste your money or fall for their crooked advertising. You can get much better quality pillows for a quarter of the price in Costco or elsewhere. Now they advertise half price only if you are lucky to get their coupon codes.

I bought some slippers back in November. They came and were the wrong color, so I emailed the company and asked them to exchange them for the color I ordered. The company told me to hang on to the original slippers they sent and to send them back when I got the right order. The new slippers came in, they did not fit. I sent both pair back back in early December and emailed Customer Service to let them know. It has been a merry chase ever since trying to get my money back.

I have just been informed, today is 2/17/2022, that the company received both pair of slippers back on 1/26/2022. After fighting my way through two levels of customer service this morning, I have just been told my money will be refunded today. After they deduct the shipping costs. They did not refund my money earlier because they said there was no RMA (whatever the heck that is) to do so.

I wanted to like this company because of the owner's story behind it. At this point, after multiple interactions with their 'customer service' reps, I am singularly unimpressed both with their 'service' and because many of their products are manufactured overseas, despite their claims to manufacture goods in the USA.

This is the best pillow I have ever owned I get the best night's sleep in the whole wide world. I just got mine a few days ago i am so happy.

I purchased pillows in the beginning of MyPillow.com. I was happy with my purchase. Recently I bought a travel pillow with the cover, a regular pillow and his book. I had to throw away the travel pillow because the embroidery on the front of the cover was in a huge knot. It was not comfortable because of this. The cover was so huge that the pillow slipped out of it while the pillow itself was full of lumps. The regular bed pillow is also totally lumpy. It is unusable. I get angry when I see the pillow guy on TV complaining about retailers not selling his products anymore and blaming it on Covid. I can't blame retailers if quality is as poor as my purchase. I will never buy anything from MyPillow.com because poor quality is a betrayal.

I've found Walmart pillows more comfortable! However the ones I got from Amazon are the best! My Pillow is the WORST!
