Cheaply made. Just cut up pieces of foam (and he has a "patent" for this crap? Had to give up on them since they gave me headaches every morning. Mike is "Mr. Sleazy Snake Oil Man." Bet he gets grease all over his pillow and bet he is using someone else's, just like me. Shame, shame, man!
I found the pillows quite comfortable, everyone is different in that respect. My complaint is- I bought 3 for myself & 1 for my Mom. The fabric on all 4 turn yellow eventually & stay yellow after washing. I else experience this?
Very dissatisfied with my pillow, first time order and last time, ordered bed sheets did not like them felt like sandpaper and could not get a full refund totally disappointed!
Bought 2 of them on sale and very disappointed. All they are is chopped up foam that you can see and feel. Gave it to my dog to use!

They claim to have a 60 day money back guarantee and the Website claims free returns minus shipping costs. I wanted to return my purchase and they want to charge me 9.98 processing fee. So my total purchase was $100.15 after my return I would get back $74.64. Absolutely ridiculous. There goes any future purchases from this company. The pillow was not temperature regulating at all
I recently stayed at a lovely Airbnb and found the pillows very lumpy and difficult to sleep on. They are full and don't conform to my neck and head. After a couple of nights just pushing them aside and using a decorative pillow I looked more closely and found they are my pillow brand. Lol. I cannot imagine paying for these. Not going back to that place again.
I bought 2 firm pillows from this company based on the hype from their commercials. Save your money, these pillows are no better than what you could get at Target or Walmart and at a much better price. The pillows that I received were not firm at all, even though they were tagged as being firm. I couldn't use them because I need a firm pillow because of neck and back problems. I ended up throwing them in the trash
Product in my experience is as good as any other however, the customer service "David" is as nasty as they come. Accidently ended up on 'auto' coffee shipment, when realized, called to cancel in April, I talked to a woman employee to cancel. She did not cancel so they kept billing and sending, called again talked to "David" he was absolutely the nastiest individual ever. He thought it was funny, made fun of me because I was upset about having to return the coffee for refund, rude and nasty. No more Christmas shopping at My Store. Was a loyal customer, didn't mind the politics, but Mike your need to have better customer service. Get rid of David, he is destroying your company via phone.
The slippers are completely straight and do not curve in the slightest to accommodate the natural curve of a foot. Definitely not cushioning under the foot either. Called customer service and they gave me the runaround and argue with me and over talk to me. When I tried to get a refund not only do you have to pay for the shipping when you get them you have to pay to ship them back and you are not reimbursed for either one of those AND they hold back part of the sales tax that you paid originally! Even after I finally got my head wrapped around that fact I couldn't make them understand that they still were shorting me $10 in my reimbursement. It took asking for a supervisor and another 10 minutes of going through things step by step with the supervisor before he realized I was overcharged $10 in the beginning. He states he will reimburse me the $10 and thanks me for calling. Never once did anybody apologize and own up to their mistake. Shame on you Mike for holding back all this money from people definitely not Christian standards!

After a few minutes in the dryer to fluff it up, it has worked exactly as advertised. This has been a great purchase for my wife and me. She has back problems and I have had neck surgery. My Pillow has given us our sleep back!
This pillow is like a nightmare. My neck was worse after a night of sleeping on it. Very expensive! It's a lie that if you're not satisfied you can return it. Oh yeah, you have to pay almost the cost of the damn pillow in order to return it. So what is the point of returning it? Never again
This pillow is overpriced and over rated. It was uncomfortable and frankly I threw it out. Don't waste your money on it.
I once used a cinder block as a pillow because I had non around, that was a better sleep than I've ever had with mypillow. Its just a awful pillow, super lumpy. You're honestly better just resting you head on your folded arms or just on your bed

Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
