I ordered My Pillow 5yrs. Ago. Great quality. I just reordered one more from Amazon. I ordered the green firm. I received it today and there is no filling in it. How does this happen? Sending it back and not ordering another. I think the owner should spend more time on quality control and less advertising. A great product will sell itself.
Smaller pillow is IDEAL for use in the car behind my neck or in a lounger chair behind my head. Because of an injury, I also use it in bed. Larger pillows are GREAT for use under my knees to relieve leg cramps and back pain. Also very good at my sides in a lounge chair (chair is big, I am thin).
I never thought a pillow would make much difference, but these do - and they can be safely laundered.

Over priced and too lumpy. Ended up throwing it in the trash. Walmart pillow for $5 is better. I ended up buying a down pillow. Fantastic!
The buy one get one is a fraud at least it was worth us. We bought the pillows but only one came. When I called them they said I bought only one pillow. I told them yes but I was suppose to get one free. They said I could send it back but I have to pay shipping or they would send second pillow and chage me only for the pillow no shipping. This is not right. Be careful.
I start on either side and end up on my back. The pillow I bought from them is one of the most expensive models. It does mold to my head and neck and maintains its cushioning. Can't stand Lindell, but love the pillow.
I tried these pillows in Laughlin at the riverside hotel and casino & it was the worst sleep iv ever had. My neck was so stiff & I had pain from my neck to my upper back from sleeping on this pillow. Both my husband and I had stiff necks & we now take our own pillows because iv tried them several times & wont do it again.
Best pillow ever, i have spent a lot of money on pillows, never could find one that worked, i spent over 100.00 a pillow that i had to return, he didn't even come close to working. Im like the girl on the commercial, her first night was wonderful, im 67 in my last stages and renial failure, getting good sleep is so important for me, i even bought a new mattress and still wasn't sleeping, i knew my pillow was a big part of it, so like the girl, my first night i slept through the night, didn't wake with a headache or sore night, thank you for making such a good product and im so sorry your having so many problems because of who you like and believe in, i thought this WAS AMERICA, not anymore, people want change, but not willing to change their selves, im ordering more today cause im afraid he's going on lose his business. In spite of all the hype, the product was of low quality and not that comfortable. Maybe I am not the sleeper it was designed for, but I was quite displeased. I am glad that Bed, Bath and Beyond dropped them as they sell better pillows. The pricing of the pillows was also a questionable sales practice.

They advertise there 6 piece towel set for $39.99 on the my pillow web site. Then they advertise the same set Buy 1 Get 1 Free on the My Store website. The price is $79.98. It doesn't appear that it's correct. It's deceiving. It's exactly double of the price listed on the my pillow website.
I will never ever purchase anything from this company. I had a real and bad experience. I ended up returning the items and having to pay double shipping rates. Also, I had to spend a lot of time on the phone with them in order to get the refund processed. The pillow was like s bunch of cotton balls pulled up. It was very uncomfortable. The worst pillow I have ever had.
Misrepresented the size ordered. Was told I would have to pay to return. My order clearly showed 'queen', was shipped single. Simply asked for a adjustment in pricing... refused. Also, they can keep their free gift... A political advertisement of 'podcast', just what I needed to get a good night's sleep.NOT! Would not reccomend!
Oh my God, this guy has more money then anyone, he covers the Fox news with his advertisement thousand times a day, iam so sick of seeing him, with his cry about how he has been mistreated by the media.
Lindell starts with paranoid accusations and is a dangerous man. His products are from China and packaged in Minnesota. His phone service plays "Amazing Grace" which is a blatant insult. Cheap retail salesman using a sacred song. Total scam. One pillow was purchased along with 19 others for a rental property in 2017 and the pillow was misshapen after about a month of use. I recently purchased a "My Pillow Classic" as I've dealt with chronic pain and insomnia. I have prayed and prayed for relief and a breakthrough. In the last 2yrs I have not slept a whole night through. Upon getting my pillow yesterday... last night I slept the whole night with NO discomfort whatsoever. Today I went to break the box down to put in my recycling bin and a scripture fell out of it on a small piece of paper. It read "Great is His faithfulness; His mercies begin afresh each day." I bought two pillows and was so disappointed. I felt I was ripped off. Doesn't sleep comfortable at all. I feel like a FOOL for buying them
I returned a pair of myslippers because they were not comfortable. I mailed the slippers back to Mypillow on 3-28-22. The slippers were delivered to Mypillow on 3-31-22. On 4-16-22, I called customer service to find out why my credit card had not been credited. When I spoke to the customer service agent, I gave her the RMA# they had given me regarding the return (this RMA# is their requirement). She immediately belittled me by stating she needed the tracking number. I then informed her I had already tracked the package via the usps tracking system which showed the package had been delivered to them on 3-31-22. She then rudely asked me how is she supposed to know where the package is. I suggested to her that since the package had been received by Mypillow, it should have been opened for return processing and then linked to their RMA# which would show the location and processing info for the return. She, once again, rudely informed me that's not how their system works. She stated that a return could easily set in a warehouse unopened for up to 30 days before being opened for processing! That is, in my opinion, a horrible way to treat a return. I think Mike Lindell should spend less money on tv commercials, and more money on hiring employees to process returns. I will never buy from this company again.
Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
