I used to wake up in the night with numbness and pain in my hands. Ever since I began using My Pillow I no longer have this problem. I used to think I had carpel tunnel. I now think it was a pinched nerve in my neck. I love my My Pillows.

I have never before been able to find King size fitted sheets that have deep enough pockets for my pillow top mattress and plush mattress cover. My "My Pillow" sheets fit beautifully and the corners never pull out during the night. The sheets wash and dry beautifully and still feel silky and like new even though it's been well over a year or two since I purchased them.

These pillows are never hot, always fluffy, wash easily in my LG front loader machine, and dry well. Bought one for every member of the family... striped sheets are awesome, too.

For seven days straight now I've been trying to get my money back on a poorly constructed product, their male slippers. And I've been jerked around by Grace and Catherine, I've been dealing with this by email. Supposedly supervisors. Haven't called in yet by telephone because you have to sit on the phone like an hour to get through. For a religious guy Michael is running a sham operation. He ain't religious at all, if he had a conscience at all he would not be screwing over general public with his products and his policies and his tactics to keep your money no matter what. Products suck customer service sucks they're return policy is 100% guaranteed. But yet they're refusing to give me my money back. Since they don't recognize the better business bureau which is amazing to me, only a slimeball company doesn't recognize the better business bureau. I disputed another way and I will never drop that dispute until I get satisfaction. I'm writing reviews everywhere I can about this company.

Don't waste your money on this thing. Worst pillow I've ever bought! You can get a better one at Walmart for 10 bucks. Used it 3 days and gave it to my dog to sleep on.

The products that I have received are not bad products but I couldn't get one of the colors that I wanted in the towels and I made an exchange for another. As far as 100% back guarantee it is except that you have to pay for the shipping cost on your returns even if your are a loyal customer. I can get returns and Not pay for my shipping cost on Amazon and other online websites. In other words I get a full 100% guarantee which includes shipping cost. I recently ordered slippers and they are too big but they want me to pay for the shipping cost. He is a billionaire, he can afford to be fair enough to cover the shipping costs for his customers. If my pillow can pay for the shipping cost on an exchange he can afford to pay the shipping costs on our returns.

We Have purchased a number of the my pillow products over the years. Our most recent purchase was Pillows, robe, slippers and towels and sheets.
We love our firm pillows. Just got additional pillows to take to our second home. My husband has the light weight robe and slippers and he's very happy with them. We recently ordered the towels very nice quality,
I ordered the cranberry colored ones, beautiful color, but heads up make sure to wash separately at first. I forgot that red colors bleed a lot., Can't wait to try the. Sheets out.
We were happy with the customer service representative who helped us place our order and answered all our questions.

Extremely overpriced, poorly made, and virtually nonexistent customer service. I admit I hate the guy for his commitment to spreading the "big lie", but I do buy products and services from companies led by CEO's who share his politics if/when the products/services are good enough. In this case, there is nothing good about the product... nothing. Go to Walmart, Target, etc. and maybe... just maybe... you can find a pillow which can really help you.

The pillow was in excess of $50.00 and was really just foam remnants off the floor of a mattress factory.
The outer case a little itchy too. Would not buy one again.

I can only guess that all ( or most) of the positive reviews & support for Mike & his POS pillow, are from closed minded republican Christian Trump lovers ( gag). Any HONEST RATIONAL person would easily see that MY PILLOW is a literal POS... cut chunks of foam. Just look at the number of negative reviews, and the smarmy 5 star rated commentary that the Trumpites posted! FREE HIP WADERS are available for wading through the thick disgusting MY PILLOW BS!

I could not give them away. I ended up using as decorative bed pillows.

I have suffered from a long ago neck injury. Tried all kinds of pillows! To many to list my daughter in law told me about My Pillow and now I sleep well and am comfortable. I bought enough of My Pillows for guests and travel. Received my order for dog beds. VERY HAPPY with the quality! Thank you My Pillow!

Product not worth the money. My sheets had foul order when I received them. No help from customer service. Not our product was the response.

Bought mypillow.com towels on Amazon for $50.57. The quality was poor so I contacted my pillow to send them back. They indicated there would be a $9.98 charge to send them back, even though I am an Amazon Prime member. My pillow issued me a credit of $26.17 when they received the towels back. So they are keeping $24. Of my money because of poor quality item. I called my Pillow and they said it was $24 worth of shipping, even though I am a Amazon prime member. I then called Amazon and they made good on this my pillow scam. AMAZON was excellent and handled it quickly.

Ive had several pairs of my slippers. Made very. Cheap. They wouldnt return when they sent the wrong ones. My husband
And had 2 pairs and they both in a short time. And they are poorly made.

Worst purchase and Waste of Money. The pillows are totally lumpy. Worse nights sleep I have gotten in a very long time. Don't waste you money. If you don't like the product you have to pay to ship it back to them after you have paid 12.99 to get them to ship it to you.

We have bought the Giza sheets…they are great…so comfortable! Also, we have purchased several sets of towels for ourselves and as gifts. They are very soft and absorbent and a great size to wrap up in after showering. We also have the pillows which we both attest to a great night's sleep along with the Giza sheets! I think a lot of these negative reviews are trying to bring a great company down…it is not going to work!

We ordered men's size 13 slippers Dec. 4th 2021. We never received them. We got emails saying they shipped with a ups # with 0 activity on it. We called, we were told they did not have that size in that color. Have called many many times since always get the runarou d. They refuse to rufund our money or replace with a different product. We have been scammed
Will dispute with our bank and the Attorney Generals office and Federal Trade Commission. I will never stop. I have lots more time than they do. Kevin Godwin
