I had 2 pillows that were 10 years old. Decided to get new ones as the old ones where getting flat and rigid. The filling on the new ones where about half of the originals. It wasn't worth $20 in shipping ($10 there and $10 back) to return them. I kept one for the car, gave one away and threw one out. Absolute waste of money.
For many years I have suffered with head and neck pain that at times was so severe I slept sitting up in a chair rather than in a bed because I didn't want to deal with the head, neck and shoulder pain in the morning. I have been through physical therapy trying to relieve the pain. I tried every kind of pillow on the market, every size, shape and price. I've tried every kind of bed and mattress. I'm currently on a sleep number but it did not relieve my pain. On a whim I purchased a "My Pillow" firm. The first night I used it was the first night I have slept without pain! My husband told me to give it a week. It has been two months and I'm a new person! I sleep totally pain free. I wake up well rested for the first time in years! I ordered My pillow back in 2013. I loved the pillow. I decided to order the queen, I had the standard before. The pillow has less fill than the original. They refuse to except return without me paying for shipping. I feel if they are selling the same product as before, the quality should have not changed. I would suggest you order the green pillow, however, the size is the same as standard, even though they say queen. VERY DISSAPPOINTED
I wanted to see what all the hype was about so I purchased 2 pillows. When I opened them, they appeared to be all disheveled inside but thought perhaps that's what makes them so amazing. I followed the instructions and put them in the dryer for 15 minutes, no change. Slept on them for a few nights and had a stiff neck morning when I woke. Someone told me to give them a chance since pillows usually need some use before getting really comfortable! Went about 45 days and still no change! I attempted to call customer service everyday for a week and got nothing but the "due to unusual high call volume, 60 minute hold time". Along with that amazing grace music, I could not hold! I emailed and no help what so ever. Than the 60 days came and they refused to help, via email, bc that's all I could get through.
Waste of money! Over priced and totally uncomfortable! Avoid at all costs!

Tried to order on line and would not go through so I called the 800 number. Tried to sell me a 12 when it said online to order 1/2 size smaller. Told them I wore 11.5 D. Told her to forget order. Spent a lot of time online and waiting on the phone to get. I will go to Academy.
I want to say that I really wanted to support this company. However, it is the WORST. I don't care how many CHRISTIAN songs they want to play on their freakin hold music, they are the worst. The product was cheap, unusable, and impossible to return. I bought a $400 mattress topper. It was unusable and Nothing but cheap Foam that was like a board to lay on. It took me 2 WEEKs to get hold of a customer service rep. And, then I had to return it to a company that did not accept the return. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. Which is too bad because I believe in his message. Very disappointed.
It's time for Lindell to quit scamming the public. Pillows worth $80.00 - $90.00 then "GREAT" sale price of $35.00, slippers worth $140.00? On sale for $39.00, a price that should be the regular price on sale for $21.75. The My Pillow product line is nothing but a scam!
They say they have 24/7 customer service, they don't unless you are ok waiting in hold or emailing back and forth with a bot until somebody finally gets around to either answering phone or reading email. Also their shipping charges are outrageous. 12.95 to ship and 9.95 to return. My wife and I tried their slippers and even after exchanging for size we ended up paying a total of $46.00 for shipping for the privilege of trying on their slippers and ended up with nothing that fit properly.
Really out of touch with consumers and online shopping.
When I opened the box they were rolled up like a sleeping bag. I was disappointed at first. They were flat. I took them out and the directions said to dry before using. When I took them out of the dryer they were so plumped up. I immediately put my pillowcases on them. When I woke up the next morning I couldn't believe how good I slept. I was very skeptical because the pillow Mike holds in his commercial is not fluffy. But that's before it is dried.
I also bought the Giza sheets. I love the comfy feeling I get when I slip between the sheets.
The only complaint I have is being on disability I can't afford to get the towels and slippers.
Worst pillow. My husband fell for the add where he wears his cross and speaks with conviction. He's a fraud don't buy
I am very pleased with my pillow. I purchased a couple of months ago and I have not suffered anymore neck/shoulder or migraine headaches.

I tried 3 of these foam filled pillows. They are very uncomfortable and do not conform to my body at all. They are quite hard and my dogs won't even sleep on them.
Only one question. If Mike Lindell is such an American then why do they get their cotton from Africa? Isn't there enough cotton grown in the United States? Hmm and you call yourself an American? I'm a little confused on the message you're trying to convey.
Stop screaming in your commercials. Sell the items for what they are worth instead of these huge mark downs.

Slippers are like wearing concrete. I swear if I fell in my pool I'd sink to the bottom and drown! (They don't fit right either. I'm a 9 all day long and these are way too big). Now I have to pay to return their inferior product. NOT HAPPY!
I ordered 6 pair of slippers for me my husband and gifts. All orders arrived very late, website does not offer tracking. The layers are separating and the bottom sole is cracking and falling apart in pieces. I would like to return for refund, as the slippers are inferior. I am unable to get anyone in customer service to answer the phone and website does not offer a contact to report my concerns.

I Received the 2 MyPillows that I ordered (for my Mom and me), ahead of schedule, which was wonderful in and of itself. However, I also received Mike Lindell's book FREE! I read it through that night. I can't thank you enough for this. It came at the most empty, sad time in my life. The pillow gave me the physical rest that had been so elusive for so many years; the book gave me spiritual rest and inner peace, and has helped me to start my journey toward God. Hope Match indeed. Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
