To return a sheet set which didn't fit my bed as it was too large, it cost me $33.59. This included the Shipping of $10.69 to me. I'm very unhappy and they made it difficult for me to make the return. Customer service wanted me to pay almost $10 for them to send me a return label! Even though returning it via USPS it cost me a lot since I also had to buy a box to return it in as the mail bag it came in tore. I will never buy from them again and feel I was ripped off.

I never leave a review unless I feel its warranted, both good and bad. This pillow is great for the current price.

I bought 2My Pillow from one of the TV shopping networks when My Pillow was still on. I kept one and gave one to my niece who also had always wanted one. We both did everything it said to do first before we slept on them and we both had the same result. They were the worse, lumpy pillows we ever tried to sleep on. It felt like you went to a store and bought some foam and cut it in small pieces and put it in a pillow case. I was telling a friend of mine about this when someone over heard me and said she had gotten one and had the same result. She sent it back the next day. Mine went to the dump.

We bought two, bought two more for our son. 'Love them. We also bought the sheets. Better than our Boll & Branch and 1/2 the price.

We purchased two pillows, one firm one regular. We love both. The firm one really helps with my fiancé's snoring. It keeps him elevated and really reduced snoring, which gave us both a great night sleep. Very well made product. Will be looking at other products.

I bought the my slippers and they are comfortable. The add said they would come with a free gift. That did not happen. They also are made in Cambodia which means they were probably made by child slave labor. How sad.

I was very disappointed in the lumpy texture - instead of the smooth softness you get from feather & down pillows this feels like a bunch of knotted up balls. It was uncomfortable and the the warranty isn't worth much after the purchaser has to pay for shipping to return it. They charged &9.98 for "Shipping & Handling" but if you want to take advantage of their "60-day Money Back Guaranttee" you have to spend more money to ship it back. This was a ripoff!

Not here to laud or trash, and keeping any politics out of it. These pillows are OK; nothing special. They aren't four star material (thank you, Trumpies), nor are they garbage (thank you also, counter-Trumpies). They're PILLOWS. Personally, I believe Lindell's hype is just that; he's trying to sell his product. Caveat emptor. Judge for yourself. Personally, I have two, found them to be OK; consumer-wise, a C grade. No better, no worse. They've been relegated to the cabin. Kept 'em, but use 'em rarely, if at all. That's fair and as it should be, and I don't plan on buying more of them.

Ur msgs started to annoy people, atleast me for sure 100%! I WILL buy your pillow if you prove you are creative at least in your ads! OMG! ENOUGH MAN!

I ordered his pillow it just ok. Not worth the price. My Amazon pillow half the cost is much better. And DO NOR ORDER THE SLIPPERS. MY HUSBAND ORDER them for me for xmas. They are like walking on concrete. Sent them back immediately

Received a robe from family, wished to exchange for slippers. That was October last year, it's now March 2022 and still have not received the exchange product. Despite a return number, customer service seems to be lost.

I have purchased the sheets 400 thread count very nice quality. Also the slippers, the best quality i have seen. Will purchase more.

I wanted to order a pair of My Slippers with promo code E88. I also received a promo code for a one-time $10 discount. When I went to pay for the item, it said the codes were no longer valid, even though this ad clearly states the opposite.

You'll find better quality at Dollar General. Felt ok in store. Lumpy and uncomfortable once you actually use it. Worst purchase I can remember making, honestly!
