I was just about to sign up for MyCleanPC, but decided to read the reviews first. Boy, am I glad I did! I m sorry to hear about all the terrible experiences people had, but I am thankful to those who expressed their disappointment. Going public is the best way to fight against companies that don't deliver. MyClean PC needs to learn a lesson!. With lousy product, bad customer service and dishonest marketing -- this company's days are numbered! I will do my best to share all your experiences with friends.

Internet Explorer stops working at random and it has done it just now as I was checking to see if the problem was solved. This is the cause of the contact with you in the first place today. So my problem has not been solved.
Recently installed new hard drive and windows 10 to correct my crashed laptop. I had trouble loading Email service. Been too long and have forgotten how to bring Email on line.
I have been a MyCleanPC customer for many years. MyClean PC has always provided great support, so I contacted tech support and bingo the problem was fixed.

I just got this so will see how it works. Hopefully all is well and I don't have any more problems. I just joined this company after being with my other computer company for 20 years so it was hard to change.
Excellent value and service. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Even interested in customer. Dedicated staff. A bit lengthy, but that is ok since it is still faster than dismantling computer connections and taking it to a shop. Well worth the price since I use it often. Not My Clean Pc's fault, but my computer's since it is old.
I have been using this service for years even though I thought it was kind of pricey. Now they are charging additional for clean up software and early detection software. I thought that should be part of what I'm already paying for. I may have to look for other options.
As soon as i know for sure that this will solve this problem. I am hoping for the best for the first time since i have started using computers. There are a lot of bad technicians out there that are professional only in lies. I have been there several times. I am still paid up for 16 or so months with another company. I paid for a yearly subscription, received fake calls immediately after. The program was subsequently self deleted from my computer. I called support, they used remote access to "fix" it (I watched them, all they did was lower my firewall.) I paid $20 extra for identity protection software. (they didn't install anything extra.) The program self deletes again a month later, I call software with all my correct info including my order number, and they said that they don't have that order number. They said I never paid for anything. SCAM.
Bought the program thinking you would have a driver for my old hp printer but you were not able to locate a driver. Everyone I spoke with was really friendly and helpful and I I need drivers in the future I will be sure to get back
Scam, scam, scam. This is the third time I've seen this web site advertised only under a different name. Goto their web sit and get your computer scanned. They will find hundred of problems. Funny, I ran this on my system with a totally fresh Operating System install. On top of that, their "notification" will get in your face untill you clean up the mess they have created.
I recently tried this program and it exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this software to anyone who's looking forward to something for improving the PC performance.
The initial "FREE" exam allows them access to your credit card number. Believe me they will find that very useful after they start charging you every month for their services. Of course you did not order those services but they do not care. I am constantly calling my credit card company to reverse the charges and regularly, they reappear. I finally changed my credit card number to stop them. These people are doing this legally, but morally wrong. They must be penalized for the ripoff they are giving to ordinary people. I will use the means available to stop them.
I have been using MyCleanPC for about a year and used the tech support as well. Worked as advertised and made my computer work as it needs to. Support was simple to use and they speak perfect English.
I will say that it was a struggle working with the initial intake operator to help determine the issue but once I was linked to the actual technician it was smooth sailing. My issue was fixed and I would use this service again in the future when needed. I will not be committing to an ongoing monthly subscription due to my use of the computer.
I have worked on computer since 1978. We always had a help deck to go to in the work place when we had a problems, so this is just what I needed. Be fore MyCleanPc, I had to pack up my computer and take it to some place or have total stranger come to my home. MyCleanPc is worth every penny.
They really go out of there way to fix all of the problems with your computer.
And believe me, I have had a bunch of issues. The only time they could not fix it, the issue was with a software for Quick Books.

I received a call from someone telling me that my Apple account showed someone trying to access my devices - called and they told me that it was someone from Russia. They asked for my email account name... then I really got worried... he wanted me to turn on my computer - I said no and got off the phone. That is when I contacted you.
My pc is faster than it was previously! The games are not crashing and lagging like it was before. Tech support was understandable and patient with me going in, had easy contact and kept in touch when something was needed.
