I had MyCleanPC on two computers and when I discovered that the software was not compatible after installing another software program that was essential to my business, I cancelled MyCleanPC but they refused to refund the money, even though the charges were one day old.
I was having issues and these guys stayed with me until I was satisfied on the job. Plus they kept stressing that I had 30 days of this service so if I had any other problems come up in that time to be sure to give them a call. This is the only company that gave me a call to make sure everything was good before I even had time to call them. I was impressed.
I have been a long time USTS... they have always been able to resolve any issues I may have... most importantly the cost issue compared to what it would be to have someone from a computer repair service of Geek Squad to come out is exceptional... and with others it would be a one time thing then it would cost me again... with USTS it doesn't matter how many time i call in and i can cover up to 3 computers for one low cost...
The technician was helpful and patient. Accommodated me until I understood everything I needed to know. He did not rush me. Showed me and explained how everything worked so I could use this program to help me with my computer issues and needs. I would recommend MyCleanpc!
Usually the service is great. This problem was partially solved. The system is better but still is not operating normally. I would have liked to see the tech run the system through it's paces before completing the system checks and signing off

You guys totally rock! I was watching the commercial and since my computer was running slow, I decided to check it out. As it was downloading to my computer, I noticed that it said "CyberDefender" and got curious, so I opened a separate window and typed in "maxmyspeed complaints" and found this place. I immediately stopped the download and used CCleaner instead. Thank you for keeping me from a big headache!
Was unable to edit addresses in my DesignPro 5 program from Avery. Still cannot edit these addresses nor can I print them for manual editing.
This is the first time that U.S. Tech was not able to fix my program problem.
They did not fix my problem, it got worse.My hard drive crashed while I was on-line with tech support. When I told them I wanted to cancel the service they told me they would credit my card. A few days later after contacting them again, they told me I had been credited. They billed my card 299.95 and when I call them they say an account manager will call to correct the problem. They don't call.
Just simply a great service. I have had this service for many years. Service this time took a little longer than usual, but we are in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic and I did miss two attempts by the technician to reach me.
I have not actually been able to get back in to my computer to make sure it's working properly. The timing of the summary needs to be revised so the client can go in and make sure the problems are solved before having to say yes.

I loaded the trial program to scan my computer and it said I had 37,000 errors! How can you trust a whopper like that? If they had said a reasonable number I might have believed it. I passed over it without buying - apparently they believe that the bigger the lie, the better.
Computer start-up/programs/windows/browser were running slow/ twitching/ freezing/refresh was jamming Windows would auto shut down due to background malware/virus... Computer is now running correctly... Thank you USTechsupport :)
