How My Clean saved my sanity. I already wrote a lengthy review during this survey. They have been patient, kind, knowlegable and most of all fun. I am 74, have owned any personal computer for less than 2 months, and fumbled around trying to solve problems myself using "Windows 10 for Senior Dummies" and getting nowhere' USA support was a great idea..

Computer start up was slow. Received pop up message of possible Malware infection. Contacted US Tech Support for addressing potential threat. Will test later today to determine if there are any issues that require follow up, Thank You!

This web site is truly a scam, you pay for the clean up; however, after yo pay you get a message to call a phone number to activate at that time you get a person that takes control of your computer, who knows less about cleaning a computer than I do and I know very little, after thirty minutes or so they tell you that your computer has more problems than they can fix; therefore, you will need a level three tech, and a level three tech will cost $599.00 after i explained that I certainly would not pay that kind of money to clean a six year old computer that cost $500.00 then. She finally found a clean up for only $399.00 then one for $299.00 after I refused all of the above she said that there was not anything that she could do. I recommend that everyone stay clear of this web site. Dale Brown

Totally outstanding service! Technicians work together to resolve customer's issues. I had an issue in installing the software on my computer. A technician troubleshooted and discovered the issue immediately. The total process only taken less than 30-minutes.

I always feel very confident my computer was scanned, bad stuff removed, etc... having ustechsupport on my side is a good feeling... if I have questions, they are answered... I am now more computer-aware... thanks guys!

I have noticed there commercials a few times and since my computer has been acting up I finally called. Next thing I knew, remotely they had repaired my PC and it now runs awesome!
I found it surprising effective and well worth the money!

They are always available 24/7. Have ALWAYS solved my problems. You know you are working with true pros. What could you want, problems solved!. Just saw some comments with low or bad reviews. They seemed to mention "My Clean PC". That may be program down loaded to you computer. I call US Tech and we set up link and they work on my computer. An expert is doing to the work. Which is why I like this service so much. Working with a preprogramed anything is never the same as speaking to a human being.

I purchased a new Epson printer/scanner and despite the best efforts of your technical staff and myself we all agreed that the printer was completely incompatible with my computer. I am going to take it back and will NEVER buy another Epson product again. Your company has a great staff.

Bought this software and it did a marginal job at best. Of course they then tried to upsell me. Well, my PC is old, so I opted to buy a new PC. I called them back and told them I wanted to cancel. It took a little while but when I finally got hold of a rep, she said I could not cancel, that was their policy and promptly hung up on me. Their webpage states that you can cancel anytime. So I took a screen shot and ended up calling my credit card company to reject any further charges.

Fantastic Customer Service
September 21, 2019

This company is great! I opened a chat with Austin, he was kind and very tentative. He got me through to a technician and they solved the issue I was having. It took roughly 40 Minutes and now my computer is virus free and a lot faster. Thanks guys!

Software Activated
September 8, 2020

Replaced my old computer with a new one but could not get System Mechanic Ultimate activated on the new computer. TechSupport was excellent in getting the problem worked out and the software operating in a very short time. Thank you.

Buyer Beware!
April 27, 2023

I bought this junk a month ago...then a month later.ANOTHER charge! They seem to like sneaking in charges for just a bunch of made up programs that arent worth the time of day...now we are gonna see how long it takes to get a refund! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS!

I still get some kind of message that pops up wanting me to okay something... that I didn't okay... It's strange and it just keeps popping up. Next time it does... I'll write down what it says... It's asking me to okay something... I'm sure my tech rep didn't put it on there. If it comes up and does not go away. I will call back. Your Tech reps are amazing people.

Waste of money
October 27, 2012

Waste of money. For $40 their software does nothing. In order to activate the software you have to call them and they offer to send you to a "technician" for $199 additional and $14.95 a month for continued service. I ran the scan, paid the $40, refused the technician. Then clicked on fix problems when the software was activated. Took about 50 minutes to do what ever it did. As a test I let it restart the computer, I didn't start any other programs. Let it finish what ever it was doing. Then I said, well if it cleaned my PC I should run the scan again and get 0 errors. Ran the scan and in 2 seconds it found 222 problems. Shut off the program. Obviously it doesn't "clean my pc" it just installs some useless software so they can get you to call them so they can try to sell you a $200 technician. Sorry, there are free programs that scan your computer and even some free ones that will remove spyware etc. This is a scam.

Very quick basic going over of the computer and cleaning it up of errors in the registry, old files, stuff like that. I did use a deep clean once took longer but more complete. A tech told mre not to bother that
They will clean the computer deeply every couple of weeks or monthly. It speeds up the computer Feel better knowing I have a program that will fix most of my problems easily. Had the program for several years. Cheap to buy and own.

Miracle worker!
September 22, 2020

I was so afraid I'd have to replace my computer Monitor. Completely black screen for several cays. Sometimes I could turn it on, sometimes not, but all black on or off! But he knew exactly what to do, and was so very patient with this old lady. Even set up a shortcut to my pictures for me. I'd been told to be careful if I had it worked on, because pictures could disappear. I'll definitely recommend US Tech.

I did not have to travel to any place or location to have my PC problem solve. Right from in my living room, I just had a conversation with My Clean PC technical support staff on the phone and did few instructions and in 1 - 2 hours my IT issue was resolved. This is a remarkable service. You can be anywhere, all you need is internet service and your IT problem can be solved.
