The MyBuilder website is easy to navigate and puts you in contact with many nearby tradesmen quickly. You can easily see reviews and the qualifications of relevant tradespersons and usually have a good choice of well qualified persons for a particular job. Well recommended.
I found a tradesman straight away.and the job is almost complete, just waiting for some electrical trunking to be done.
My Builder site came up on Google. It was very easy to use and there were a number of stonemasons available.
Andy Cooper replied quickly and visited the next day. He did a fantastic job, was polite and efficient and finished cleanly and promptly. Very reasonable rates. I wouldn't have found him without My Builder.
Found a wonderful builder on My Builder, he made a such a lovely job of my front garden wall I would recommend him to anyone looking for a builder.
Quick response. Pleasant attitude, got on with he job without any fuss. Reasonably priced. Would recommend him and hopefully he will be back to do further work in the future.
I did not know who to get to do the work I wanted doing and my daughter found this website so it is the first time we have used it. I received a prompt reply within a couple of days.The reviews on each of the tradesmen helped me to choose James, the right one for me.The job was done well. I would use this site again as I found it very efficient and gave me access to a variety of tradesmen.
I really appreciate this helpful site and the way it is organised. Although it needs some fine tuning in terms of checking on the speed of the way tradesmen come back with quotes.
Some take weeks after viewing and agreeing to submit a quote others never do.
Will have to wait and see as we have never had roof repairs before now. Time will tell but so far looking good
So far i have used 2 contractors from this site one for a garden tidy up and one to lay flooring and fit kitchen door absolutely perfect site to find any tradesmen very satisfied with both contractors and would recommend the use of my builder first rate service and like the ad on TV it says it all and you get first class professionals
I used this website for the first time and procured SID Carpentery to lay down new laminate flooring in our kitchen. All the work was conducted cleanly and efficiently with neat finishes. Sid also installed a work top for us and gave us good guidance during the job. Always on time and stayed later to finish off the work.
Although the start of the contract was delayed, due to an over run of the job before, Steve from AGH Plastering kept us informed, turned up early the following day, and worked through. The walls were very dry and sucking the water out of the plaster, making the job more difficult for Steve and his team. But nothing phased them. Within 2.5 days we had three rooms re plastered and all cleaning up done. Very pleased with the quality of the work, their professionalism, and their friendliness. Will keep a note of their number, if I ever need another plastering job done, they will be top of my list.
Have used the site a few times for various jobs around the house. Always successful, pleasant workmen and very tidy in their work. Thanks.
I have used this site on a number of occasions, no matter how big or how small the jobs have been I have always found someone who fits the bill and does a great job, I no longer have to nag and moan to my husband when I need something done around the house, I am happy and he is happy.
MyBuilder reduces the anxiety concerning whether you are going to get a good trades-person or not. The concern, if you can call it that, is mainly whether you can get the best for the most reasonable price. I love the concept that MyBuilder is 'built' on and the fact that they have put in place systems of accountability to protect the customer from being scammed or ripped off. I have and will continue to recommend MyBuilder to people who are considering hiring a trader.
We have used "mybuilder" twice to find tradesmen. Firstly we needed a dormer recladding with associated necessary bits and pieces, secondly we needed a garden wall demolishing and rebuilding. In both instances we had several replies and were 100% satisfied with the guys we chose to do the work. Excellent site for finding a tradesman with. Plenty of details and reviews for comparison. Will use again in the future if any further work is required.
Needed a plumber so put out a request, within half an hour I had 3 text me. I chose one who gave me a price over the phone, turned up when he said he would (which was a weekend as requested) did the job and cleaned up after himself. Would deffo recommend this site and will deffo be using it again
We can't recommend Tiger Home Improvements enough for the quality of work, their prices and their professionalism. They couldn't be beaten on price but this didn't reduce the quality of the materials used or the end product. Dale and his team were friendly, helpful, gave after service advice and left leaving no mess behind. We are 100% happy with the work and would not hesitate to book them again.
David came to the house to price up the job, sent the quote the same day, we rung him to ask when he could start, this was arranged and the job done by a very professional young man, he was the tidiest builder I have ever come across leaving each evening having cleaned and mopped so we could sit in comfort for the evening. The job was completed half a day before he estimated and we were very satisfied with everything he had done. I would recommend him to anyone.
I have posted two jobs recently and found workmen for both. One has successfully been completed andcthecother job booked in.
