Very poor experience with mSpy product to monitor kids online activities
I was using mSpy to monitor my kids online activities. This product doesn't work at all most of the times. Most of the features are only for namesake but needs constant and continuous reinstallation in target device which may not be possible most of the time as we don't have access to the device. In a span of 10 days of usage I had to reinstall 6 times in tata get device by giving all permissions but it won't work for more than 1-2 days. I was really frustrated. The service through chatbot is horrible as they keep on sending the same guides all the time but not resolving the issues. Even if you want to connect for a live chat the responses are the same guides. If you want to cancel the subscription within 14 days of purchase they don't give refund sighting lame excuses and "clauses". I request everybody not to use this after seeing their very encouraging advertisement. I give "0" rating for this product. Please be away from this and have better mental stability

So, I recently installed mspy on my daughter's phone as a way to keep an eye on her online activity. To my surprise, I discovered that she's been drawing pornographic comics and sending them to someone via email. When I confronted her about it, she claimed that it's all part of an "artists' union" and that I wouldn't understand. I'm not quite sure what to do with this information, but I wanted to reach out and see if anyone else has experienced something similar. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Recently, thanks to a gps tracker of this app, I found out that my 15-year-old son and his friend had taken a trip to another city… all without telling us! As you can imagine, I was pretty concerned and decided to start a serious conversation. Turns out, they were on a mission to find drugs! Thankfully, they never went through with the purchase. Alex Scarn was able to relieve me of any worries when i had a question. He answered me in just a couple minutes and explained that what i was seeing was normal and unrelated to their service.

They refused my refund even if I am etitled to a refund by EU law. I haven't even used their app because it did not meet my requirments. They have misleading features on website and after you pay, you see that those features work only with both phones connected to the same wifi network. I also made written complain to authorities about this scammers. Do not buy anything from them.

I paid for service and never got to use it bc the page sent me to another company page but come to find out they can't do what they say then got a million reasons why they won't refund you after they say they can do this and that but can't do nothing but take your money do not waste your time or money
