I have been double charged and they refuse to provide me a refund. They give excuses, provide offers, but a simple refund is too much to asked. Do not buy this from this company. They have shown me how unreliable they are. They are Chinese, it is prudent that they use your data for other purposes in the near future. Scammers and thieves, no other words for this company.
