After submitting a refund request, I was told that I had to use an optional service called "mAssistance" instead of a refund. Even though I didn't request or authorize this service, I was charged for it. When I contested the charge, their support team simply pointed me to their refund policy, which seems designed to avoid refunds under almost any circumstance, including technical failures. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I was left feeling scammed, as mSpy refuses to honor a refund for a product that didn't meet expectations. Their customer support is unhelpful, and their policies are overly restrictive. I would strongly advise others to avoid mSpy. There are better, more reliable alternatives on the market, and mSpy's service and policies do not reflect their promises. EDIT:
