All these positive reviews are a joke. The majority of features don't work and if you need assistance you have to pay for anything beyond the service rep copy/pasting the useless documents that didn't even make sense. I used to use spyzie and was MUCH happier with their reliability and customer service!
Over 50! Emails exchanged with the customer service I paid over $65 to receive! Never updated! No response to request for refund. Extremely Aggravating! Just save yourself A lot of time and money. Used them in past WO problem, it seems their service has expired beyond just collecting your money.
I had to speak with 8 individuals over the course of two months, continually asking since day 2 for a full refund. They gave me a hard time and sent me in circles, & they charge money to speak to someone on the phone. After finally approving my refund, there is a 9% fee for some BS bank processing. They display false advertising saying a non-jail broken iPhone can have SMS text and browser history viewed, calls, etc., but it can't. They literally make money off of their 9% fee after cancelling for getting people to sign up when they can't do what they say they can. It took me pressuring to get my lawyer involved for them to even acknowledge my refund. As someone who has spent decades in sales and customer service, this company is TERRIBLE. Stay away!

Not configured as easy to install on any device. I have requested repeatedly since last 6 months for about more than 20 times to help for installation on the target device, but the problem has not been reserved yet. Received only a repeated and typical answer from customer care with no useful information/help.

I could have put zero stars if possible. This app is bull$#*!. Don't waste your money. It's a scam. They promise things the app can do that don't exist.
After paying, you realize the trickery and you try to call the customer service number, it's almost impossible to get through. By email or chat, you receive automatic messages.
I wasted a lot of time contacting them only to end up telling you that there is no refund. Out of ethics, you'll refund my $83.

Don't waste time and money. The team billing replays within 24 hours but in vain. Since November 21, I had texted the billing team and made many refund request statements. On December 3, they assigned me new ticket id(as shown on screen shot image). I didn't use the app at all. Today is December 5, the team billing still ignores my request of refund. To be honest,I will update my review if there recent news.

Completely awful and shady business. I 100% disabled auto-renew for billing and now they won't refund me. They claim they emailed me to warn me that I would be charged, but I went back through my emails and I definitely never received any such notice. Everything they've said in the attached email is false. They are dishonest liars, don't waste your time their app sucks for how much they charge.
Fantastic, I have been using Mspy on my entire family's phones and computers, the user panel is so easy to configure, making monitoring so simple on a daily basis. I can check on emails delivered and sent, track text messages, it is great, even deleted messages are not safe they also detected with this monitoring software.
In trying to activate a new account I was having trouble setting it up. Well their site says 24/7 help. Two days later they answered my question. Too late. I was already fed up with the bad service I told them to cancel my account. Which I never activated. Well after time and time again on there chat and emails. They told me "it is out of their control" and can't/ wont refund me the money back. So I'm out $40 for a plan I never used even activated. Thieves! If I could give them zero stars I would!

I've purchased an annual plan with mAssistance plan,when connecting the required devices the tracking service which is advertised in the website is not available! None of features is working! I've requested for refund the next day after purchase however the company is not responding to any of my emails! I would never recommend anyone to use this company who is so unprofessional!

I've put mSpy to the test on Android devices and can confidently vouch for its reliability as a mobile phone tracker. It executes its function exceptionally well, making it a product I'd recommend to anyone seeking to oversee their child's phone usage. Furthermore, from my experience, mSpy performs even more impressively on Android platforms.
Myspy only loaded some text messages, some calls, and one location and nothing else. Never updated after partial load even after checking everything was on in service manager. I kept trying the options the chat recommended. And if u want to speak with a live person it will cost you another $12. I was told to uninstall and try again. When I did I could not add the registration code bc it says I already used it. Total waste of money and time!
