Honestly I expected better deals, by the time you add the shipping the prices are the same as competitors. However, you have some discontinued items no other have in stock.

Update: I received the Jack with a big stain on the front. When contacting Customer service they did provide me with a return label and a 100% refund. However, there response was that they cannot inspect every item and keep there cost down so basically they were saying crap happens. I'm sorry the prices are not that much better.

Not very happy but at least they did credit without issue so they do have that going for them.

The riding shoes I purchased were size 12, which is usually OK for me. However, I found that I needed a size 13 (the shoe may run a bit 'small'?). I had no chance to exchange for the 13, although at the time I noted my desire the website still showed a size 13 in your inventory. Apparently the site is somewhat out of date relative to reality. In the end, I was refunded an amount to my credit card account but had to pay postage both ways, even though the shoe didn't fit. This isn't good customer relations policy and will make me think 'hard' before ordering anything else from motorcyclecloseouts.com.

My commits are mixed. I bought three items. All three fit great. However the leather jacket that was sent had noticeable impression on the back, as if there was an attempt to affix patches or something to the back of the jacket. These impressions are so noticeable I'm surprised they would even send out a jacket in this condition. Now I'll have to go threw the whole return process. Not looking forward to it. Hope to write a follow up on customer service.

Took a little longer to get the product than expected, but good value for the money. Will probably order again.

The return policy and process isn't easy or customer friendly. I needed to exchange a shirt for a different size and not only could I not exchange it all in one step (i.e. You just send me the one I needed rather than having to do a whole new order), but the shipping rate for an exchange is very high -- the shirt can be stuffed in a small envelope and weighs very little. My "closeout" price-effective order got more expensive so I would have been better off just shopping one of the other sites that may not be as inexpensive for the merchandise but their returns/ exchanges are easier. It would all cost the same in the end with less hassle.

First time customer. Hope it goes well, we shall see. Cannot comment any further until then. Thanks for the awesome deals, will surely be back again assuming the service matches the offerings!

Received goods yesterday, being out of country makes rapid delivery impossible, happy to get them whenever they show up! Items ordered received in good condition an as described in offerings. Thanks again for the amazing savings, will be back again for sure.

The shopping experience went great. Great prices on things that I need. However, I was a bit cautious due to some online reviews I've seen. I did my research on what I ordered and I think everything will go smoothly.

Update: My order came exactly as specified, but it was too small. The company was very easy to setup a Return Authorization. Because I wanted a refund they charged me $10. I can only assume they do this to make sure they get some kind of money out of the buyer.

Shipment arrived very promptly but with someone else's order. I emailed company Friday night. Monday afternoon I had a pre-paid shipping label emailed to me. Shipped back the next day. True to their word as soon as they saw movement on the shipping label they shipped replacement. Had it by Thursday or Friday. I don't expect anyone to be perfect. I do expect prompt attention and correction when wrong. They could not have been better to work with.
