Never heard of the site but the deal was for the exact helmet I wanted for $25 less than anywhere else including shipping. Could not find any return policy so I'm hoping it fits well and I don't get tagged for a restocking fee. Arrived with perfect long oval fit and is whisper quiet compared to my 707 as advertised.

I went and Googled moto hats, found this one I liked, then was able to check out quickly. You guys were the only ones who had this hat at a reasonable price. Very satisfied. I just wish shipping didn't cost so much

Helmet was a open box at an awesome price. Can not find one flaw with the helmet. Will continue to purchase all my riding gear through closeout.

The overall experience regarding the website was good. However, when compared to other online shopping it is lacking; specifically returning an item. Returning an item is expensive and completely on the buyer. Buyers beware, read all your responsibilities. Because of this I'll only use this sight when absolutely sure I won't return anything. My wife will never buy me another present from here.

Shipping (actually packing and getting it out of the store) was a bit slow but probably due to thanksgiving holiday - almost a week after placing order before being sent to UPS. Was going to buy a helmet, but between choosing and putting in cart, then getting ready to pay, my size no longer available. I understand, but it was still frustrating! Order arrived right on time, everything fits great.

Clothing purchases have been problematic, more than once, as the sizing chart is consistently 2-3 sizes too small from personal experience. All other items purchased have arrived immediately, and intact, and have had no issues with them.

Should offer more shipping option on checkout than economy. I would probably chose to purchase comparable products of a service like Amazon in the future just because of the quicker shipping, even with your prices being lower.

Was very pleased good selection priced well below local area and delivery time was quicker than what you had given at the processing of my order. Would recommend and will buy again when the need is there.

Site is easy to navigate and prices are great! The order arrived just a stated on their website and jersey was just as pictured. My grandson loved it and I love the prices because he usually goes thru at least 2 jerseys per racing season. Won't be my last purchase from motorcyclecloseouts.com

I bought two jerseys for an adventure ride that I'm doing. They're a bit warmer than I expected, but they're my first jerseys, so it could be that I didn't know what to expect.

Up to this point I have seen great prices, free shipping, and ease of navigation on the site.

Upon receiving my helmet inspection revealed the visor appears used or altered and missing a piece on the left side. Other than this issue, experience has been really good.

Don't look anywhere else people. You won't find it cheaper! I searched and searched from eBay to Amazon and all online motorcycle shops in between, no one could come close! I wish I would have known about them along time ago. Great place to do business. Thanks!

Site could use a little more work,and the minimum free shipping price should be a bit lower. Try $99 for example. That would help you move more product and stay competitive. Order took to long to receive. Should have gone with a different shipper than UPS.
