Great prices, but when things don't fit returning items is a little complicated and costly. Sometimes the sizing charts are not accurate. Other than 1 pair of pants everything is perfect! Excited to get out and ride in our new digs tho!

Other companies have much more competitive policies on shipping (faster, lower price/free), returns, and rewards programs, while offering the same product prices. Only reason for ordering from your website is that they are all sold out on the size glove I wanted due to the west coast shipping strikes.

One suggestion I would make is some sort of automatic email with tracking information when you ship an order (maybe this happened and I missed it) no big deal, but it could save a phone call followup. Great prices. Helmet arrived with a broken base plate. AJ made sure it got replaced so I could race the following weekend despite Bell being back ordered on the part until April. That is what I call customer service.

Never heard of the site but the deal was for the exact helmet I wanted for $25 less than anywhere else including shipping. Could not find any return policy so I'm hoping it fits well and I don't get tagged for a restocking fee. Arrived with perfect long oval fit and is whisper quiet compared to my 707 as advertised.
