Excellent products and support! My go-to for FCPX and Motion-related pug-ins and templates. A little pricier than some competition, but worth it!

Awesome content for Motion 5 and FCPX and great support, couldn't ask for more.
MFlair2 is the best flare out there and mObject (mO2 on the way) is the best and only app that can be used to import 3D models into M5/FCP.

Likely due to an error on my part, I somehow caused a glitch in the Matrix and created some sort of disconnect between my mInstaller and the plug-in destination. I then contacted MotionVFX, via chat and unbeknownst to me I received a "FaceTime" from customer support! Part of me wanted to ignore the call, as this has never EVER happened to me before, but I ultimately relented. I'm beyond glad I did. I had the distinct pleasure and honor to get help from an Australian gentleman, living in Japan named Jason. Not only did Jason address my issue, he then took the time to walk me through with my Final Cut Pro X file management and actually taught me a LOT about "Optimized Media," and how it was greedily taking up more space than it needed to. In the end, I not only got my issue resolved, but I feel like I met a really cool, and knowledgable friend. Thank you MotionVFX for such stellar customer service. Your plugins are well worth the investment. Thank you Jason for going far above and beyond your job and doing it very well.

In June 2020 I bought my first product from them (the "mO2 Artist Bundle", that contains the "mO2" 3D rendering / object creation plugin, and the Advanced Shaders Pack which gives you a huge library of high quality materials to use on your 3D objects).
Nothing available in the market, for Final Cut Pro X and/or Motion 5, comes anywhere close to these products! The mO2 plugin, is actually a whole new application that runs within FCPX and/or Motion, rather than just a "plugin", per se, for them (as "plugin" may suggest); in that you can now use FCPX as a machine to create 3D objects & camera-animated 3D scenes, rather than just a video editor! It's a game changer! <3
Their customer support is EXCELLENT! This needs to be emphasized! Anything I have ever needed explaining has been covered 100% by their support agents who are DEDICATED to help you. They really care to make sure you are completely covered and have understood everything! If needed they will make screen recording videos, just for you, to guide you until everything is clear! And as a newbie, I have needed their help quite often in the last months...;)
Their products are truly EXCELLENT and their after-sales support is FANTASTIC! (After seeing this I have bought MANY products from them).

I have purchased few plugins and I will buy more of them that is for sure! Support is fast and really great! Also, plugins are life savers!

I had been editing an Fcpx project on a used 2016 mac book air, and it got to the point where I couldn't render or export anything because the project was getting too large. So I decided it was time I upgraded and got a new Macbook pro with one of those fancy M1 chips I keep hearing about. Little did I know that when I transferred my project to a new system, none of my clips were readable since I was using FX's that weren't M1 ready. I saw there was a workaround with Rosetta, but for some reason, it wasn't working. So it came time to reach out and ask for help, which, usually, I wouldn't say I like doing cause it feels like I'm speaking to an empty void. When I do get a response, it's met with apathy and a lot of blame games of other programs and developers, and you're just kind of left to fend for yourself. Not with MotionVFX. I got help immediately! As soon as it got to the point where I needed one-on-one support, they set up a zoom call, and they walked me through step by step on how to fix the problem. I was even shown how to organize my projects so I could get more hard drive space. They were great teachers as well as helpers!

Be careful buying from Motion VFX... Poor templates and plugins, customer care is rude if they don't like your question.

Purchased multiple MotionVFX templates for FCPX, have never been disappointed. Support is excellent!

MOTIONVFX est la société dont tout le monde rêve. D'abord il y a les produits. Innovant, intelligent et puissant. Quel que soit le domaine, il y a toujours un plugin ou un modèle disponible. Les produits sont mis à jour régulièrement et ne bugg jamais, contrairement aux produits d'autres sociétés, produits d'autres sociétés que je n'utilise plus. À ce jour, je n'ai jamais rencontré de problème d'adéquation avec Final Cut Pro. Parlons du support technique. Particulièrement réactif. Une petite histoire: en 2015 j'ai acheté un plugin qui ne m'a servi qu'une fois. Oubliant cet achat, je l'ai commandé à nouveau. Je me suis aperçu de mon erreur, j'en ai fait part au support qui m'a automatiquement rembourré, dans le cas précis échangé à ma demande par un produit que je devais acheter. Je sais que mon message peut sembler dithyrambique, mais il est le reflet de mon expérience. MOTIONVFX est une société avec à laquelle il est agréable de travailler. Pour finir des tutos toujours disponibles, et plaisants à regarder. Continuez comme cela en 2023 et après.
