I have been using MotionVFX for a couple of years now, primarily for corporate clients where quality and style are important. The plugins are perfect, they install, update and uninstall easily if you've got way too much going on.
They just work.
Secondly, the customer service is exactly what you'd need when you need it. I have no complaints only glowing reviews to offer... I'm in the middle of using m02 for the first time — it's awesome.
I love MotionVFX plugins! Even tho they might seem quite expensive, they are so beautifully made and worth the price. Very detailed, customizable, easy to use and update through their app. I never had any issues with the plugins. When they stop working for some reason I went to mInstaller and updated the plugin. Simple as that. They provide a few free plugins that are definitely worth downloading. I'm using so many of them in almost every project I have! Not many people know that they produce templates as well. I'm very satisfied with their products! Available for Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
I got very lucky I reached out for help to get luts loaded and I ended up not only getting that I got much more, there were so many things contributing to my issues that I would have never got things finished with out Jasons help, and I say that because not every customer service rep goes above and beyond to help. I would def say anyone that gets this guy is lucky and should take any advice one your programs. Thank you for all your Help Jason.

The guys at MotionVFX have great plugins, and this is very easy to verify, just checkout their site and YouTub channel. What I want to highlight here is how dedicated their support is. The team is very responsive and thorough, I'd definitely recommend them and would do business again in the future.
I had an issue that was more related to me than the software. I was surprised to receive a Videochat request from support (Jason), as I am used to the standard support by chats or phone calls. It was such a fantastic experience; that was also attributed to Jason. Not only Jason helped me out, he was a great person to meet and talk to, but he also helped me with other non-MotionVFX matters simply because he had the right expertise and offered some insights into other issues that he picked up whilst talking. Awesome service MotionVFX, bad for the other industries that I now expect the same standard ;)
I had an issue affecting my plugins on Final Cut Pro at 1am, all plugins had the red error message and I couldn't get them to work. I contacted customer service through the chat feature and I was assisted within minutes.!0 minutes later I had my issue corrected and I was good to go. Not only are their products top notch, but their customer service is amazing as well!
I've been using FCPX for a couple of years and was looking for a way to create something new, visually. I was lucky to find MotionVFX's suite of plugins which not only look great but also save filmmakers a lot of time during the edit. I spoke to one of their customer support team members, Jason, while I was in the process of placing an order for a couple of their bundles. He helped me with my question AND even jumped on a Zoom call with me to make sure everything with my order went well. While on the Zoom call he also helped me optimize some of my FCPX settings such that my libraries were not taking up so much space on my hard drive (this was something I didn't ask for but he offered to do just because he wanted to help). I can't wait to start using my new plugins. If their quality is anything like the company's customer service, it's going to be a great experience. Thanks MotionVFX and Jason!

WARNING! Some of this plugins are slow down the FCPX! And system I dont know why. Mac OS catalina mac book pro 32gb ram, 8 gb video. I deleted it, and now no have any problem! Send message to a support Immediately, but they don t want to refund, or doing something! BE CAREFUL! Now I send another letter to support if it not help Ill send that feedback everywhere! Why I need to pay for something that doesnt work good? This is a support answer - (Zbigniew Jaroszek (MotionVFX.com Help Desk)"Finally, as also mentioned earlier, we do not refund products that have already been downloaded, installed and used.")I installed it only one time and deleted, they can chek it in my account.
Motionvfx if you dont refund your products why you not have at least a trial version of this?

So I was having trouble figuring out how to make mTracker 3d work. I sent an email asking for help and Jason contacted me from MotionVFX. Jason asked if I could hop on a zoom call and bam, he was helping me just like that. Jason spent A TON of time with me on the zoom call and helped me figure everything out. Just purchased my app with problems on getting minstaller to install. I wrote Motions Customer Service on Feb. 22@ 01:39. Gabriel responded at 01:47 with a solution. WHAT COMPANY DOES THAT? It took me time to clear my installer, but it worked. He again responded as if he was in my next bedroom. I'm have never had problems with MotionVFX which puts a modern-istic vib to my projects, plus it's fun to explore the droves of elements available. MotionVFX is the Tessla for my video projects.
Purchased the MKBHD plugin and had a small problem, a quick message to their chat service and Jakub was able to advise and fix the issue within seconds! 10/10 service and product, couldn't be happier.
