Ordered something by mistake, emailed cust service, received immediate response with resolution. I consider the service I received to be excellent and I will absolutely order again. The shipping was quick and it was well packaged also but really the service made a huge impression and what will keep me coming back
I placed an order for 3 items instead of 1 due to system error and I contacted customer service. Taylor was excellent, she emailed me promptly and told me exactly what to do when my orders were delivered. Taylor was able to assist me in refunding my money the very next day after sending my orders back. Kudos to Taylor for excellent service!

I recently bought a backup camera with a 4.3" display. I researched it prior to my purchase and have the internet history to prove it. When I received it, I thought the display was small, actually really small, and when I went to the manufacturer's website, I learned they make a 3.5" display, which is what I had received. I looked up my order on MorningSave and my item's page was deleted, but there was a new page with the same camera with a 3.5" display. So someone pulled a switcharoo on us! It's not worth sending it back for the postage alone! Will never purchase from MorningSave again!

I recently messed up when ordering and was lucky to get Wendy who was able to cancel my order and I then reordered to the correct address. The package arrived and I found that the backup camers was missing. I was not sure what to do so wrote to Wendy and she immediately apologised and ordered a new backup system at zero charge. I ordered Airbuds True Wireless Stereo Bluetooth Earbuds with Charging Case and unfortunately they did not work as advertised and I think were defective because they didn't meet the claims of their operating abilities from the beginning. The reason I'm giving the 5 stars is for my amazing experience with Sean at Morningsave.com customer service. I wrote my issue today and less than 2 hours later I received a response from Sean to issue a refund back to my card in about 10 days and apologized for the defective items. I was worried at first because I have had bad experiences with online purchases in the past on other websites and this was the complete opposite, it was excellent and hassle free. I ordered 2 of the Olympia printed rolling duffels for a trip we were taking for just under $100. The bags were delivered in perfect condition and quick! They were a beautiful print and appeared to be well made. We used them as carry-ons for my husband and myself on the plane. Once at the airport, the zipper came off track and took a while to fix. (We had 3 fights there and 3 back.) It continued to come off track everytime you closed the bag. Such a pain. NEITHER BAG WAS PUT UNDER THE PLANE! The second bag tore while rolling through the Chicago airport near the wheels. I was reluctant to even bother turning it in. We bought them in May. Most places wouldn't even respond or else it would be an automated response.
NOT MORNINGSAVE! A representative responded within 24-hours, I believe, and stated I would receive a FULL REFUND within 10 business days! I was super surprised and VERY pleased! We shall see how long the refund takes, but if my experience so far is anything, it won't be long! Thank you again!

OK... so I bought an electronic product but it would not connect to my Wifi. Tried instructions, youtube, and online descriptions but it would not connect. If you make a purchase (sight unseen) and then you see it and it is not what you thought, they will not take it back. If they do decide to take it back, you have to pay for shipping (which cost half as much as the product) so you are stuck with the useless item and out of your money, Do not purchase from them unless you want to get stuck with whatever you receive. Terrible experience for me personally.

The people at MorningSave are truly wonderful. When I had an issue with some Bluetooth headphones they quickly replaced them. Recently I received a power bank that didn't work and the quickly reimbursed me since they didn't have a replacement in stock.
