I ordered a backpack that was supposed to have a battery pack inside.
Support was quick to assist me and provide a refund for the item.

I love this set, it is so soft and lightweight. The king pillow shams have a nice zipper close to the hem. Definitely a good deal as well. And fast shipping to boot. Very satisfied customer.

I am very impressed with the customer service at MorningSave. The item I ordered apparently got lost, and when I contacted customer service, they were extremely apologetic and sent out another item free of charge right away. Jackie in the customer service department went above and beyond. And they even followed all of that up by providing me with a coupon on a future order. Kudos!

I had a special request for an item on sale that I missed. I sent a request for help. Kevin downloaded the link to me and I ordered the item. But the order had trouble & kept asking me to try again, which resulted in 5 orders! I replied to Kevin, who fixed it instantly & told me what to do if this ever happened again.
