I understand that when a bill collector calls, they are supposed to get the money. The lady who called me wasn't going to let me speak until she was finished with her "written speech". My time is priceless so ai tried to stop her talking so I could tell her what I had just done with my bank. I had to lift my voice over hers, then I guess it shocked her that I wanted to talk. I told her about my arrangements with my bank. She eventually apologized and I told her good-bye. May I suggest that you allow the person your people are calling are given the opportunity to tell their side FIRST. I don't want the lady in trouble because she was doing only what your company/bank has trained them to do.
Love it...always there to help when you need it the must. They save my housing had a problem with my income and if it wasent for money key i would have not been abke to pay my rent.
Great customer service and easy process when I applied for my loan. Was able to get my money Sam's day. And when I need to borrow, quick and simple to process.
The worst loan expirence in my life. I'll pay it off and never look back. This company is predatory to the extreme.
No help at all I only borrow $250.00 still paying after a year never will use them again. So disappointed

Was very easy to apply and get funds needed quickly. You can also make a draw from your account if funds are available. Auto payment is very helpful so don't miss a payment. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who needs a small loan.

I had some unexpected expenses due to an auto accident that I was not at fault for but had to cover my deductable and a rental fee over what the insurance covered. MoneyKey was a God-send at the right time.
My credit isn't that great at all. I received an offer in the mail from MoneyKey. I almost didn't call them cause I didn't believe it. But I called it anyway and I was very pleasantly surprised! They actually got me a line of credit that I asked for. So I say THANK YOU MoneyKey!

Yes I feel it's a scam, my husband was on the phone for an hour then next week they say we have to pay 150$ to extend payment but 150$ doesn't go towards what you borrowed, they didn't save nothing like that and plus had a hard time understanding the person. Wish I would of did my research first.

I am thinking of taking out a loan with them; however, after reading other reviews, this does not seem like a good idea. First of all, I am only asking for $325 & the final amount showed to be over $1,000. Also, if anyone can answer the question as to why my 11 payments would begin at around $80+, then in the middle of the loan, about 3 payments, over $100+, then at end of loan go back down to the $80 some odd and change which is affordable. We all know these types of loans are overly high, so this is not unexpected on my behalf.

I have dealt with MoneyKey several times, so I know that their fees are exorbitant. I had hoped that having established myself with them as a dependable customer, that I could get an improved rate on my finance charges but I was told that the fees don't change.
While my customer service representative, Brittany, was polite and patient, she made no mention that making the minimum payment does not always apply to the principal. This simple warning could prevent some of your bad reviews. As a customer, it is very important to clarify your responsibility and repayment options before taking loan and signing the agreement.

They approved me when others didn't, I needed money and was desperate. Man oh man am I regretting it now. I borrowed $350 and have since paid that in monthly payments ($92 every other week) for 5 weeks. I called today to check my payoff balance and it's still over $400! Crazy!
I am always wary of "payday" or "lender" sites because of their reputation. That said, Moneykey is the most honest, reliable, and straightforward lender I have had the good fortune to discover online. When you apply, the Moneykey reps bend over backward to carefully explain the loan terms, so that you can pay them back with relatively low interest. They are courteous and run an operation that truly demonstrates a commitment to integrity and good customer service. I never thought I would be praising a lender this much, but they are A+ in my book!

Hi, I really enjoy moneykey. I borrowed money, and they instantly set up my account as a line-of-credit. Which means, the minimum payment always borrows against what is in the account. You have to contact them in order to pay more and pay your balance off. Emailing them to do that was awkward at first, but then Claudia, my rep, developed a relationship wherein she answers me immediately, and sometimes several times a day. I don't like that the site is unwieldy. You can't request money from your line of credit, and you can't set up your payments from their website either. Hopefully they will change that soon.

It was absolutely amazing I must say at first I was alittle skeptical about it I was nervous to have to enter my card information but I'm glad I did... within 24hrs I was approved for $1,300 and it was immediately deposited into my account...
Answer: Nope! It's high-interest, as hard credit checks aren't performed, but all info can be found on MoneyKey.com. B rating with BBB, and registered with the Online Lender's Alliance.
Answer: It all depends which State you're in, and whether you're paid weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, or monthly.
Answer: MoneyKey only reports to credit bureaus when repayments default, or are sold to 3rd-party collections or to a bankruptcy/consumer proposal trustee. Otherwise no.
