They don't report your loans to credit unions, so you will be doing yourself no favors borrowing from them. You will end up paying back three times the amount you got from them, only to find out that over a year of perfect payment history of a large sum of money each month will never be seen by creditors. They also don't warn you about this in any print, fine or otherwise. I receive an email a day from money key about tips to up your credit score, which is why I assumed the payment history would be reported. Nope, just a tactic. Borrow from anywhere else.
Claudia was professional courteous and helpful in every way to deal with the situation that I was dealing with using money key she really give the meaning customer service is not just her job it's our life other companies need customer service agents like her five stars
It was absolutely amazing I must say at first I was alittle skeptical about it I was nervous to have to enter my card information but I'm glad I did... within 24hrs I was approved for $1,300 and it was immediately deposited into my account...
I've been with MoneyKey for 2 1/2 years. I'm glad they gave me the opportunity to improve financially. They helped when my own banking institution kept denying me loans to get started again. You are great MoneyKey!
I spoke with IRene she really helped me and was patient, while I tried to get the loan documents, she also went beyond to ask me if I a had any questions about my loan. My overall experience with moneykey has been awesome. Wonderful customer service. Thank you for not making me feel like less of a human for needing to take out small loans. Easiest place to use for a loan. Very quick. I have used them 3 times. Customer service is always awesome to me. Irene was the last rep I talked with and she was so quick and very helpful. I don't even try to use any other places. Entire transaction through phone and online. Thank you Moneykey!
After reviewing my account I notice that I'm only paying off the interest fee not the principle, I really don't want this loan again, I'm paying a lot more than what I originally received. If you get the line of credit, they call/compare it to a credit card, but I don't think so, you are paying back both and they accumulate fast and very very high. Never again.

If it wasn't for MoneyKey, I probably would not be here writing this review. MoneyKey had helped me so much in the past! I just wish the reapplying when needed, was easier. I paid my loan off full.
I took out a very small LOC of $850 and used $525. They have the due date wrong, the payment amount wrong. They can't seem to answer simple questions about billing cycle charges vs. payment date since mine are not the same. They do everything they can to confuse you about making extra payments to principle. You never get the same response. I have spent 2 days totaling 2 1/2 hours dealing with this bull$#*!. I think I will just pay it off now and be done with them. Very sketchy and do not follow up or send emails as promised. EXTREME WARNING!

First, I want to say they have good customer service representatives. I have borrowed from them a few times, but I've always pay on the first installment. This last time I needed more time to pay. I borrowed $1225 and have made 5 $200 payments. I called today to get the pay off and was told it was $2054. What the what? The representative informed me the payoff is even higher if you don't pay off within two weeks. I've never been so shocked in my life. I knew the rates were high, but I'm paying over $3000 for a $1225 loan. I can't wait for Ohio to ban this predatory lending.
It's a very very high interest loan but app is very easy to use and I suggest try and pay as much extra as you can or it's hard to get it paid off but ive had no issues and funds are super fast
Irene was wonderful however whoever started my alone on 12/24 and neglected to do one thing and now I'm going to be stuck in another state for an extra day possibly missing a day of work a day of pay possibly getting in trouble at work because the money did not hit my account the day it was supposed to
I was to receive a small loan from money key the gentleman I talked to on Friday said you were approved and I was sent an email stating that got everything was fine until Saturday afternoon when I had an email sent to me that said my phone number was incorrect I had to contact them to correct it. As it being Saturday afternoon of course the bank was closed and at point I had thought I was done. I needed the money in my account by monday. I was stranded and was my only hope at that point. I was very upset and didn't know what to do. Luckley they where open on Sunday and got a person in customer service by the name of Brittany. She was helping me all she could to make this happen. I give her a 5. The other guy a 1.
All I can say at this point is a hope everything goes well and I can get home tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Getting the loan was easy, fast and Gavin was professional and nice to work with. I was getting $112 taken out of my checks every pay period. Had I decided not to pay the whole loan off, I would have paid $1232. 00 for a $400.00 loan. They won't allow partial payments (even though the reminder email says "If you are making a partial payment or paying the loan in full call 24 hours in advance" or something along those lines). They won't let you defer a payment either, stating that legally, the amount of installments won't allow them to add a payment.
There is something a tiny bit shady, but what do you expect with a payday loan company. This is my LAST time getting an installment loan. It just isn't worth it. I got this loan to have an extra cushion for a vacation in the middle of October and it has been killing us.

Yes, I admit that I defaulted on my last loan due to my husband's heart attack. I offered a payment plan that I could manage and they refused and have started threatening my references with being arrested and having their assets frozen. UNBELIVEABLE. That is not only unprofessional, but illegal. I spoke to a lawyer in my office building about this and he told me that what they are doing is beyond illegal. Money Key, your collections department is really messing up.

I was seriously strapped for cash, so that's why I did this- but it was horribly expensive and the process was way too complicated for a 1000. 00 loan.

Friendly professional and easy to use. Definitely will refer to friends. Options in paying back are great and work around your pay period schedule which helps you in the long run. Tried so many places but money key has been the best so far hands down.
Getting my loan today from moneykey was a positive experience. Kristen was incredibly patient. From verifying my bank info. To signing the docs thru email. It was time consuming. Kristen was more than gracious & incredibly patient. She knows her job and is very good at it. I appreciate Money Keys focus on customer service, as these loans go they are A Cut Above the rest.

Hi, I really enjoy moneykey. I borrowed money, and they instantly set up my account as a line-of-credit. Which means, the minimum payment always borrows against what is in the account. You have to contact them in order to pay more and pay your balance off. Emailing them to do that was awkward at first, but then Claudia, my rep, developed a relationship wherein she answers me immediately, and sometimes several times a day. I don't like that the site is unwieldy. You can't request money from your line of credit, and you can't set up your payments from their website either. Hopefully they will change that soon.

It has a suspicious number of 4 and 5 star. Ratings with very little content. You might want to. Share you experiences there too.
They are very unclear in explaining their terms. Do not borrow money from them unless you have zero other options. You will pay back what you borrowed 400%, in many cases, and the bills are so high it is hard to pay extra.

Answer: Nope! It's high-interest, as hard credit checks aren't performed, but all info can be found on MoneyKey.com. B rating with BBB, and registered with the Online Lender's Alliance.
Answer: It all depends which State you're in, and whether you're paid weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, or monthly.
Answer: MoneyKey only reports to credit bureaus when repayments default, or are sold to 3rd-party collections or to a bankruptcy/consumer proposal trustee. Otherwise no.
