I liked the options available, especially with a whole colorful and fun plus-size section. However, my order is over a week past the expected delivery date with no email, or any other communication about that there would be a delay. Even when logging onto the website there is no additional information.
2 sarees i bought came with different colour to on line display so disappointed I don't know what to do with these sarees. Saree does not look the same like what was displayed. Scared to buy. Can u refund
Mirraw is the worst site. Fake product and unprofessional people. They don't even respond to your calls and emails. Don't buy anything from this fake site. Mirraw doesn't deserve even 1 star. I am gonna tell all my friends and relatives never to buy anything from this fake site. The customer support team is worst and so is the overall experience. I wish there was something I could do about them like taking some legal action. They can't cheat people like this. Losers
I ordered blouses with custom stitching which they charge separately for extra $$. The stitching was so bad that it fitted me like a loose shirt than a blouse. I'm pretty sure they did not follow the measurements that I had sent. When I called their customer support, all they said was that I can stitch it on the sides. One of the salwar that I ordered had a tear and that also they asked to stitch it myself and not refund although they say in policy that they'll refund if damaged. Clothes also differ from the picture on the site to in real. Its a waste of money.
The product is the seem as seen on the photo. I am very satisfied about this item and also veru happy.
The delivery was a couples days later, but i did not mind that. When I need something i will surely order at Mirraw.
Only issue is there is a lot of grey paper stitched on the blouse piece where the embroidery is done. This should have been removed before shipping. Finishing makes all the difference on if the product is good quality or not.
Otherwise the saree is just as the photo shows! Happy with the saree purchase!
Overall its a nice soft dress, the fabric is very thin, a bit see-through. Some people may like the see-through matter but I'm not a fan of wearing things see-through outside of my home. So I will stick to wearing it indoors.
I ordered a yellow saree and got a deep Orange saree, quality was very bad.
The blouse was very badly stitched, not the way or the size that i wanted. They would not return it either saying its a 'stitched material'. Nonsense. Never buy from Mirraw, BIG rip off. Not worth the money at all.
Worst customer service, worst advertisement and most of all worst of everything. I ordered a saree which I bought based off of pictures and other reasons and received something way different! Different quality, totally different design! Never, ever going to buy from this website! All they want from you is your money, not your satisfaction!
I ordered $1000(aud) and all the stuff is cheap other than one suit. Some are ok and can wearable but 3 dresses are so ugly copy of a designer with cheap material. Want the money back. As they are fraud.
FRAUDS! Pictures are different from items received! Far too much descrepancy! Stitching is not provided even when you order custom stitching! Even though it's their fault they ask the customers to pay shipping to India when we ask for Returns!
I ordered my Kaftans on 6/27/10 and was supposed to receive them on 7/14/19. But, my order was delivered on 7/8/19! 6 days before scheduled delivery. They fit perfectly and are very well made. Thank you Mirraw for your awesomeness.
This is my second order from Mirraw. The delivery to NYC was quicker then I expected. I ordered a saree and lengha second time and the whoever does the stitching is amazing. They were custom fit. My only issue is that if you get a padded blouse it is placed too high up and fits oddly. Overall very good quality. Exceeded my expectations and good price. Thankyou.
I ordered silk sarees with petticoats. Items they sent me was thick satin material saree size pieces which looked like cut from reel of fabric. In communicating about the product they said it was a replica from the vendor that if I wanted a refund I should return the product with tracking shipping which would cost me as much as the saree. The products on the website looks pretty and true to the specifications, however I feel they do not send what they advertise. I was very disappointed in that due to no fault of mine, I am taking the loss as I am not getting refunded and will throw the satin saree in the trash. What a waste of time and effort.
The stitching and material for the top was good but don't understand why it was tight compared to the other suits I ordered. The bottoms are awful. It's like paper and feels like it about to tear when you sit down. So I might have to buy a new pair.
It's been 11 days since I placed the order. The order is not processed yet. But the estimated delivery date was 16 days after order placement. I live in canada and I have no hope that the shipment is gonna be here in next 3 days. Asked customer support several times about the delivery but no answer. This is my first order and would a last one too.
Absolutely stunning. I ordered this product for my friend's traditional wedding ceremony and I am beyond delighted with the quality, style, and appearance. I felt like royalty while wearing this gorgeous lehenga and received many compliments. The handbag included in my purchase was adorable. 10/10 will recommend.
I have ordered 4 dresses on nov16, got delivered after one month ( changing date on delivery), when I got packages found only 3 dresses, and they had charged more then what it's shown on website.
What they show on web it's totally different in real.

Used it for the first time. The staff is very courteous and go out of their to help you. Of course there is a room for improvement especially with the measurement issues with the new customer who is not accustom to giving measurement. Giving instruction/suggestion using Facetime or WhatsAPP video with the use of live model or dummies can be real helpful. Also buy one get three part of advertisement needs to be more clear.
First time good experience. Hopefully you have good quality and reliable service
The quality is definitely worth the price. I was a little bit surprised by the design that came. I was expecting the same pattern as the one on the model, but instead it was the pattern shown in the third picture, which I realized later. So, that was my own mistake. Other than that, I have no complaints.
I would definitely recommend this site to a friend, and will likely be ordering again from here again in the future.
