We spent 2 hours choosing what we wanted to buy. Unfortunately in the end the only way to pay is via PayPal. Many people pay with their MasterCard or Visa via direct debit. Kindly announce from the beginning that you only accept PayPal and save people time.
Terrible experience never had before. They posted a picture very nice may be original design and send totally opposite, trash quality and color. They are fake, fraud. They are bad scam. Never go this website.
I purchased and then returned the product as it wasn't pure cotton as the website claimed. My money wasn't credited to my account but was credited to mirraw money. I am willing to buy something out of that money but everything is just too overpriced. Check for the prices of the items you want to buy on Myntra and you will see a massive price difference. I don't know what to do of that mirraw cash now.
Too small but that was probably my fault with wrong measurements. Overall, great quality. Does not accustom people like me however with disproportionate type of bodies where my shoulders are broad but have a very small waist around. It leaves my dress being somewhat baggy at the curve of my dress, and no elastic where it is very hard to get the dress over my shoulders. But it fits my waist
The material is lovely but I thought that the garment was already sewn. I didn't realize it and only looked at the lovely features and afterwards read that it's partly stitches. My fault not yours. I will recommend the clothing but will tell everyone to read the whole description before ordering. Thanks again. Veronica
This saree is absolutely beautiful! The workmanship is very neat. I was nervous to order but it is beyond my expectations! The color is as shown on the screen. Please keep up the quality and service and I will be your customer for a long time. I will be sharing with all my friends.
It is my first experience buying online with any company, i am impressed with the efficiency the product arrived, though there were some threads hanging out of the skirt but overall was happy with the colour and the design were the same as advertised.

I was only disappointed with the packing its too simple for a brand like mirraw as i saw a packing on ebay mirraw white bag i thought i will be received it in this kind of bag but no i got it in simple grey parcel envelope. Pls do the needful next time send it in mirraw's bag itself.
The quality of material used in these outfits is very cheap, extremely poor quality. The quality of the stitching work is also extremely low. The outfit I received does not at all look like the lovely outfit in the photo on their website. This is just like those discount clothing websites where they advertise something beautiful and you end up with a horrible, cheap quality version that would be embarrassing to wear to any party or function. On top of that, I called customer service to report this poor quality product and request a refund, and the customer service agent was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only do they have poor quality products but they have poor quality service. I am now fighting to get any of my money back. Do not waste your money on this company.

Yes. Even though its stated s'light variation in actual color vs. image'. But never so much difference.
The one I received 'Dark Green with Parrot Green' with the combination do not suit at all.

Reading the reviews from most of the customers seem to have a very bad experience. So reviews are the key for any new business like you for coming up and now a days customers do not buying without reading the reviews. Looks like you guys have a long way to go with building a good customer service and gaining the buyers confidence. Good Luck till then and will be back after seeing some good reviews.
Very disappointed as the customer service people did not keep to their word. Received product after the event despite assurance that it will reach earlier. I will stick to Utsav as they are more reliable.

The item which they show in the picture and which they send are completely different and worst quality. Embroidery is totally different of the product which i received and selected. Ridiculous not happy with purchasing.
I ordered 2 sets but received only 1. They may send it later or refund the money, but I wished they could send notification about it beforehand. Otherwise no regrets. Customer service is all the time very helpful.
The fabric is good quality and the colour of the print did not vary from photograph. A great fit and style. Very reasonable price and it arrived a week earlier than expected! I love your clothes and saris
Beautiful item, beautiful material. It's just hard to figure out the size needed for me so the dress is a little big and not long enough but it's beautiful. I want to order more but only if someone can convert the measurements for me so it will be perfect.
I have been struggling to return a poor quality product for more than a week. My emails, whatsapp messages and phonecalls are unanswered. I don't even have the option to initiate the return of the item on the App as the products delivered to me were not logged as delivered. Based on my recent experience, I will not support Mirraw in future.

First time i purchased the items in the website and encountered a very bad experience. I got the email saying items are dispatched but not received. When i asked for refund asked for my bank details to refund. I provided the details until now no reply.
Customer service damn poor. Full cheating. No guarantee to receive goods and getting refund...
This is the first product I ever purchased from mirraw... and genuinely I love it so much as they deliver the same product as shown in the site... I have no complaints regarding this product... I can say my first shopping with them is such an awesome experience... and definitely I would like to shop more in future!
They shipped me unstsitched lehanga even though I paid for customization and still have not refunded me after over 20 emails. I returned their useless item right away.
