I bought mine from Mega Motor Madness a few years ago. People will stop dead, or nearly jump, and say, "That's a great looking bike!" There've been a few others who'd talk about fuel mileage and such but then start trailing off, then stop and then say, "You know... that's a good looking bike". Whoever designed this one sure earned some points for style. And I am impressed with the cost/quality ratio. It's an inexpensive bike and it shows in a few ways. Double-check many fasteners while breaking yours in. The electrical switches and connectors don't 'feel' like the sort of things you'd find on a Rolls-Royce. But that's to be expected. Plus, replacement parts are dirt cheap. If a small number of components were upgraded a bit, then this bike would be in striking distance of the big-name scooters which cost three times as much. This scooter is wider than many Chinese scooters. This is good if you ride in poor weather. But girls are often not as comfortable as the driver. Unless, perhaps, they are on the taller side. My wife thinks of this as a masculine bike. She can ride it. But she prefers not to. I would not hesitate at all to recommend this bike. It's reliable and it's a sheer pleasure to ride. I'm entirely pleased with mine. I hope it's still available when its time to upgrade
Purchased a 125cc quad for my son who weighs 80lbs for X mas. He was very excited. We assembled it together and that was fun. Got it started he sat on it with a big smile hit the throttle... and it sat there! Yes we were on our driveway and its a very slight incline but it didn't move an inch. So iI gave him a push and it moved and once he hit flat ground it rode ok... hit the small incline and... well. So I have contacted them and basically they tell me to either take to a mechanic to diagnose issue at MY cost or return it for a refund LESS 30%. The shipping alone is $700 and the machine only cost me $789.00... I am not great at math BUT I do know that's not a good choice for me... DO NOT BUY THEIR CRAP! My bad for not living by the motto you get or don't get what you pay for! RUN STAY AWAY THEY SELL JUNK!
I have had my Icebear Q6 since February of 2019 and this thing SIPS the gas! I have only had to fill it up ONCE since i have had it, and I drive it almost every day. My Rankings are as follows: Value: 10 Storage: 9.5 ( only drawback is they need to include a drink holder in the design, LOL), Ease of handling: 10, Noise level when on the bike: 10 very quiet and you can have a normal conversation while sitting on it cranked up, Seat height: 10, and stabilty: 10. Brightness of lights: 10. Mega motor madness service people: 10, Just a honest review from a Very satisfied customer.
Poor customer service.And Layaway is a big gimmick. Mega motors is still charging my account for a layaway I clearly stated i was not interested with. Doesnt answer calls. But will vastly answer your enails. Trust me. I wouldn't tell you wrong. This company isnt who you want to do business with...
I ordered a Maddog IceBear 150 from mega motor madness sevice was great. Bike was well packaged and beautiful. Shipping was free and fast. To my surprise I recieved title and bill of sale the same day in the mail. I am very pleased with quality of Bike and will definitely be doing business with Mega motor madness again. Troy
ATV was shipped in decent amount of time but it was stored in old rusty crate and had several scratches on ATV. Parts missing as well. Do not recommend. Very disappointed.

When customer receive unit that obtain scratches from shipment, we ask that photos be sent in so that we can promptly send out a replacement body. Did you inspect the unit before signing for it? We ask that customer's inspect unit and note any damages seen on the delivery receipt. I see that you have submitted a parts request to the parts department for some clamps. Give the parts department a bit of time to process your request and they will be contacting you.
I have been calling and emailing and texting this place for over a week now in regards to a ATV my husband ordered we have not received any confirmation any type of information on when it will be here and I can't reach anyone I'm starting to think this was a scam I will have my bank investigates I've also asked for a refund and no one has emailed me back
Do not do business this MegaMotorMadness! I had to continually call them in order to get my scooter delivered. It was 4 weeks late. I paid the extra $195 to have them check that the engine ran and the scooter was in good working condition. The scooter came dead on arrival. I had to haul the scooter to another town to find a mechanic that would work on a chinese scooter (the town it was delivered to had no mechanics that would work on a chinese scooter). The carburetor was filled with metal shavings, the air filter fell apart and the fuel pump was not attached to the chasis. Obviouisly, MegaMotor did not inspect the scooter before shipping. Their customer support stated that everything that was wrong must have happened during shipping. Yeah, right.
I paid for the extended warranty. It took them 7 months to ship me a new carburetor and air filter.
Run away from these folks and do not waste your money doing business with them.
Do not buy from this company. Overall a complete disaster of a purchase and a waste of money. Once the purchase was over they could care less if you are happy with their products.
I bought a 50ccholeshot for my daughter, she likes it very much. So far the engine has been great, starts by second pull and look of the bike is nice. Great price too.
This dirt bike has definitely gotten some use. Bought this for my sons 7th birthday as a starter bike and he rides it any chance he gets! We've gotten it's money worth already!
Got a 50cc for my 9yr old son. Perfect size for him. Nike look and runs great. Took about 10 mins to put together. And got the bike delivered 4 days after ordering.
I was in the market for a scooter because my car broke down and I needed reliable transportation to get to and from work. I don't live very far from work, so committing to and from work on a new scooter seemed to be my best option. The nearest town where I live is approve 35 miles. So trying to find a local scooter shop in my area was not going to be an option. And probably not a price I could afford. After conducting my research online, I decided to contact several other companies that carried scooters online. NONE of them answered the phone. I contacted Mega Madness and a man answered right away. He was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. I went with an Ice Bear Hawk Eye 150cc fully assembled and tested.The entire process was easy and straightforward. It's been almost 2 months since I've had my scooter and I've done a few minor things to the unit. I have a mechanic in the family who can help with any parts or tech support. Mega Motors is a Really good company to deal with. Outstanding staff, very polite and helpful. I recommend this company to anyone. Try asking for David in the parts department. He did a great job answering our questions over the phone and resolving parts issue.
This company is a joke! Their customer service is an even bigger joke! Ordered an ATV for our sons for Christmas, ATV arrive, found the seat to be broke when installing the battery. Have been dealing with George in the "service department" and have received nothing but the run around. They requested pictures to be sent of the broken seat, which has been done 3 times. Needed the pictures so George can take it to "upper management" to get their approval to send out a new seat. Been getting the same response from George for 3 weeks now and still no seat or an answer. Also, the battery that was part of the purchase was junk, the charger that came with the purchase fried the battery. Took both the battery and charger to a motorcycle repair shop to have them tested and found that their 12 volt battery charger was charging the battery at 14.8 volts which boiled the battery. I purchased a new battery and charger at my own cost. Reality is, I have a $700 smoking pile of junk ATV sitting in my garage that my kids can't ride because they refuse to send a new seat and better yet they refuse to return calls and reply to emails. Never have seen such poor customer service from a company who claims on their site that they pride themselves on customer service. Wish I would not have ordered this ATV from Mega Motor Madness. Nothing good has come from them! Do yourself a favor and buy from somebody else!
Got my 5 year old a bike from this company had a few issues but they were quick to fix them! My 5 yr old loves riding this bike! And believe me he isnt easy on it either!
We purchased a new 250cc Quad in April and within the first week of having it realized that the "kill switch" had to be disconnected or the unit would not run. We emailed the following day requesting a replacement switch be sent and received no response. A few days later we called regarding the title and asked about the email and the replacement switch. The call was directed to parts and the employee said he had it marked to order. A couple weeks passed and we called again to parts to be told it was not ordered, but they would do so that day. Another week went by and the same thing happened except we were told to check in two days when they heard from their vendor for the switch. We called again and were told that the switch was finally shipped. Now, two weeks later, several calls later and parts is always at lunch. I emailed again requesting status and was told the item was now back ordered. They blamed the mis-information on a change in employees. Each time we contact them about this small replacement part we just get a run-around. At this time the quad itself is lacking an important safety feature that needs corrected now!
Love the trike once I made my own repairs to it! Customer service was a nightmare- unresponsive. Horrific
Purchased a Rhino 250 in July assembled and it wont start. Contacted Mega Motor Madness back in July to help troubleshoot they sent me possible parts that could be the issue. After changing all the part over the next 2 months it still won't start. Spoke with Anthony several times he was going to talk to the owner Harry and told me they deemed it a lemon and they will exchange it. An hour later they contacted me via email and stated as per the return policy it was only the 1st 5 days and I would need to ship it back at my expense and they possibly could waive the restocking fee of 25-30%. Tried contacting Harry and Anthony again and got an email stating I would need to contact them via email only and they refused to talk to me! As a business owner how could you possibly not stand by your product your selling and as the owner how can you not contact the customer directly and not answer their emails but instead hide behind the scenes. What a disgrace! I am a reasonable person and now I have a $1700 unit that is a big paper weight.

In order for us to accept a return, the ATV has to be diagnosed by a certified mechanic before we can process any returns. You stated that we sent you parts in the past. I am ABSOLUTELY THRILLED with my purchase from you! I could NOT BE happier! We purchased the kids atv 110cc for our son, age nine, who is an experienced rider. It came to us within a week of ordering it! I was surprised how incredibly fast we received it, AMAZING! This ATV was so cool, it arrived in PERFECT condition and was so easy to assemble. After charging the battery and a full tank of gas, our son was off and ready to go! My husband and I rode it too, separately, of course, it was smooth, surprisingly quiet at idle, no trouble at all with adult weight at 125 lbs, AND my husband at 165lbs, impressive!.
