Lowest Prices. Repeat customer. Fast Shipping

I have purchased get 20 qty 150cc Ice Bear scooters from MMM. They process my order in 1-2 days. Unless the IceBear warehouse uses ESTES, my orders are shipped in a timely manner. I place order on Monday & it's delivered on Friday. However if ESTES picks it up, your screwed! They take 2 weeks,& damage your motorsport with jerks on forklifts. All good when they use R&L or SAIA. These Motorsports aree all made & shipped from China. QC is absent in all Chinese factories. It not uncommon to have issues with 2 out of 10 Motorsports. That isn't MMM fault. All ANY internet website does is place your order through their sales rep at one of 3 US Ice Bear warehouses. I have tried affordableatv, 360, TXpowersports & Lowestpriceatv. These are ALL the same business & THEY ARE CROOKS. When your order is delivered, it is YOUR responsibility to inspect it & either have the driver call in a damage claim or refuse it for damages. If you do either, you need to contact MMM ASAP! Once you sign off on the delivery, you accept any damages. If parts are missing or damaged m, contact MMM & you MUST take pictures of the damages or broken parts. Take pictures of damages WHILE STILL IN CRATE! Overall I am happy with MMM. Upon delivery, write down the VIN #. LOG IN & pull up your order. Click on MCO request. This is how you apply for your Certificate of Origin & MCO. You MUST do this to get it. It will be mailed within 2 weeks. If you need NOTORIZED, contact MMM when request MCO. If you need a part, click on parts request. These crates are shipped from China and the Warehouse does NOT uncrate & inspect them for damages. It doesn't work that way. If you pay extra for assembly be aware that because it is not shipped to you in the original metal crate, there is a good chance it will be damaged. Watch YouTube videos for assembly & maintenance. Take your time. Use loctite, wheel bearing grease & a good clear glue. Complete P. D. I. Checklist on www.icebearatv.com. Change motor/gear oils immediately. Use 90 octane gas & NON senthetic motor oil. Change them again at 300km & every 500-800km after. For 1st 100km DO NOT go over 30 mph ( not KM). This is proper engine break in. Snug up all bolts, nuts & screws every month but do not overtighten or they will break. Keep them well maintained, sell after 1 year and start over or switch up. The engines are GY6, so parts are cheap & available on Ebay, Amazon.

Ordered Months ago still do not have a working product

I purchased a 50cc dirt bike from mega Moto madness at the end of November and the funds were immediately taken from my account. A week later I was informed that the unit that I purchased was not in stock and then I would need to choose another color, no big deal. I chose another color and I thought that was the end of it. A few more days later I get another email stating that the entire unit is out of stock and I would have to upgrade for another $50 to purchase the more expensive unit that has an electric start. I felt very cornered by the company and having to purchase the more expensive unit. I did in fact get the more expensive unit in hopes of having a product that worked for my son on Christmas day. A few more days later I received another call but saying that the first color that I picked for the electric start unit was not in stock and that I would have to pick another color, so I did.The website states that products will be shipped within three to five business days, it took almost two weeks for my product to be shipped. I received the product before Christmas and did not put the product together until Christmas day. The day after Christmas I started trying to get in contact with Mega Moto madness to let them know that the product they sent me will not run. The process alone of trying to get in touch with somebody took almost a week. Each time I email them it takes one to three days to get an email back and then the emails aren't clear as to what they are stating so then I try to call and have no luck with getting through there unless I try multiple times. Upon finally talking to a customer service representative I was told that if I wanted to send the product back I would be charged an extra $100 just to do so and that a better option would be to send us parts to see if that would fix the issue and the bike would possibly run. I honestly feel like with a brand new bike I should not have to replace parts on it before it even runs, but not wanting to spend an extra $100 I decided to go through with that and talk with the technician. That process alone took two weeks. After speaking with the technician he suggested some parts that he would send to me and that should fix the problem, it took another week for the parts to be sent and when they did send them they were the wrong parts so I had to wait another few days for the correct parts to come. After receiving the correct parts I installed them on the bike and the bike will still not run. I ordered this bike at the end of November it is now almost the end of February and I am still without a working product. I talked with Ray their customer service representative and he offered to replace the bike with another one but I am so unsatisfied with my experience that I would rather just have a refund and spend my money elsewhere. He told me that upon sending the bike back I would receive a full refund and he would send me the return info. A few days later(after I had to email them again and request the return info) he sends me an email with their return policy that states otherwise as far as getting a full refund goes, asking if I agree to it... When I try to contact to inquire about this issue I can still not get a hold of anybody from the company to resolve this matter..

DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

I pre ordered an Ice bear Q6 Trike from Mega motor madness almost 2 months in advance because they didn't have any in stock. I've had my unusable scooter for over a month. When they finally received my trike at their warehouse they informed me that the person who puts them together was delayed and my trike was going to be almost 2 weeks late so I told them to cancel the mechanic putting all the parts together. I told them that I would do it myself so I can get it here early during the summer so I can ride it longer. When I received my trike it had multiple scratches and scuffs on it and also the lug nut that holds my back rear tire on came completely stripped. That being I wasn't able and still to this day ain't able to ride my BRAND NEW scooter it's sitting in my garage. When I called about the scratches and lug nut they said that they would send me paint so I can cover it with a set of lug nuts. I was supposed to have received my lug nut and paint from my scooter over 2 weeks ago. After waiting over 2 weeks I called back to inform them multiple times that I still have not received my Lug nut or paint and the lady Dalia I spoke to had told me that they weren't allowed to do Fast shipping and that order being sent WAS LOST! So now she said that she was going to ship out the same order again and I should be receiving it without fast shipping! RIDICULOUS! NEVER EVER EVER BUY FROM HERE! ALL THEY DO IS WASTE YOUR TIME WITH LIES AND NONSENSE!... 5 days later I just recieved my package... it included: foot rests and THE WRONG PART! CALLED THEM BACK ALL THEY SAID WAS THEY WERE GOING TO SHIP IT OUT AGAIN! 3RDDDDDDDDDDDD TIME! I was missing my rear axel nut and my touch up paint! These people are something else! They tell me if I want fast shipping I need to pay for it!? After all this crap I should've been given a damn refund RIDICULOUS!

ZERO! Worst shopping Experience in my 51 years.

This item arrived in a damaged package on June 1,2015 at 3:25 in Marietta Ohio. The truck driver showed us the damage before taking the item off the truck. The box was torn through and the actual scooter was dented, chipped and scratched. I was advised by the the truck driver that I did not have to accept the item in the damaged condition. The damage was witness by a third person, Tim Holbert who was there to help me put the scooter together. Due to the obvious damage to the scooter we refused to accept the item. The cardboard box the item was shipped in was rather flimsy - unlike a cardboard package used for appliances. Anyway, I immediately called the customer service number *******686 at 3:32 pm and left a long detailed message. After receiving no return phone call I called again at 3:45. I believe I spoke to a man named Dan. Sadly he was very unsympathetic to the situation. He told me he was going to email me a form to fill out - which to this time ( 5:41 est) I still have yet to receive. I further explained to Dan that I received a call on May 27th from a *******039 number stating the item was going to be delivered that afternoon. Later when I called that number back, after never receiving a deliver confirmation time, the trucking company said they could not deliver the scooter that they were transferring it to another company. They only provided their phone number. The phone number for that company was *******515. The new trucking company told me on May 27th and May 28th they didn't have my package. I of course had to make those phone calls. On May 29th when I called them they stated they had the package but could not deliver it until June 1st. It is interesting to note on the packing slip somebody dated it that I received the item on 5/27/2015. So in summary, I paid for product, I received to what amounted to three days of run around to its location and then when it did arrive, it arrived damaged in a damaged package. Since then I have received very little support to what I am suppose to do or expect next. This was to be my wife's birthday present for this weekend. I understand mistake, but this has been a complete lack of interest or commitment to fix this problem.

UPDATE: Amazing that after one year this company still has not improved. Monthly I get an email from a customer who has read my review as they are now getting ripped off by them. I did get my refund but it was weeks after it was documented that the received the damaged product. I called all the numbers here listed - numerous times. Please please- buy elsewhere.

Tip for consumers:

Still no refund. Total run around by their "customer service" Worst shopping experience in my 51 years of life. Mega Motor Madness is owned or associated with Ice Bear - they can be reached at 1-909-823-20903 - they always answer their phone. They too just give you the run around - but you can keep calling them. My negative review on their web site never showed up.
