They took my money then a week later contacted me saying there was additional shipping charges due to my location. I asked for a refund they say they want 10% restocking fee even though the bike hasnt even shipped yet. This is bait and switch. They have an F rating on BBB I found the exact same bike on another site much cheaper that honor their free shipping as advertised
If i could give this place zero stars i would. They deserve NEGATIVE stars. I never in my life have ever dealt with such disrespectful people. We have only had our 49cc dirt bike for two months and it has barely ran due to a bad starter. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for our second one but still have not gotten it. They haven't even sent it out because we have gotten "nasty" with them. Maybe if they would do their job and have respect for their customers then maybe i would have to get nasty. These people are a scam and not worth anyones time or money. Stay away from this so called "business"
I ordered a 125 cc atv on 12/7 and paid same day, the money was taken out of my account on12/10 and today is 12/-17! I have been calling these ppl for 2 days but no one answers my calls, I leave a message, no return call! I sent emails, no reply from them, I send messages thru live chat cause there is never a operator to pick up, and still no reply! When you take a single mothers last dollars that she struggled to save to buy her child a atv for Christmas and u can't call me to tell me what is going on! It says on your website 24-72 hours to process and today is 11 days and it's still showing processing! And no one answers the phone! What do you suppose I should do? Should I sit back and not worry? Hell no! If someone doesn't call me today! BBB will be called and you will have a lawsuit! This company should be shut down! It is a scam! And I will spend everyday of my life working on shutting it down! Please do not buy from this company you will lose your money!
CALIFORNIA was not legal for the bike I wanted BUT Maxine provided excellent Support. She did provide other Scooters, but out was not what I wanted. I will continue to watch what is available because she was very insightful and honest.
I bought a 50cc dirt bike for my son and it came quickly. I opened the box to find it was missing the top clamp on the handlebar risers so I sent a quick email to customer service and they got right back to me and within a week I had the part. The bike started up after 2 pulls right out of the box and runs perfectly. I'll buy another one when my son is due for a bigger bike. Great job mega motor madness thank you.

The ATV I ordered from Megamotormadness is impressive. I was skeptical because of the price, but was extremely pleased with the fit and finish and the overall quality of the machine. Shipping was fast and assembly was easy.
I purchased the Ice Bear Bullet 150cc moped and if I could give megamotormadness 10 stars I would. The entire process from beginning to end was flawless. I did do the lay-a-way program. It took me 3 months to pay it off. The service reps where very nice and helpful. I did get the full assembly and PDI and I highly recommend this. When I received it, it literally took me 10 minutes to unpack it and started it up and took it for a short ride. No damage to the scooter at all and is still running fine. I have 100 K on it and will be changing the oil soon. Everything was assembled and shipped quick and on time and I did receive my paperwork before I got the scooter. Very Cool. Highly Recommend MMM to Everyone. These bikes are great the frame is strong the suspension great compared to the others I've had n has plenty of power.
I ordered two BMS Heritages. I ordered a replacement part of one of the scooters 2 days after arrival. Then, two months after delivery of the scooters, I needed a replacement carburetor on the same scooter. On April 25, I was advised the first part should arrive in 2 weeks. It is now July 30 and no parts, no return calls or emails. I'm really not impressed with the service.
They ripped me off for $1200. Sent me a broken scooter and want me to pay for the parts to fix it. The warranty is not honored. Wish I could give negative stars.
We got our son the new 60cc electric start dirt bike. I orginally order the wrong bike. I called later in the day and talked with Jonh the Sales representative. Great guy. He fixed my order and our bike came fast. The package was damaged when we got it. Bike was good. But the electric start kit was messed up and missing parts. I called Jonhn sent pictures. He put me in contact with David in parts. He sent out a new parts kit. I gave them 5 stars because customer service was awesome and our son's first dirt bike is so nice! They have no control over the shipping companies.
Bought a mini dirt bike for our son for Christmas, it shipped right before Christmas. We opened the box and checked it over, it appeared to be ok. Then a two days before Christmas we put together so our son wouldn't see it. The bike did not work. Of course the company who sold us the bike is not open. Read your warrenty careful because even though ours says we need to take to a mechanic they don't cover anything. They want you to wait for them to send you parts. Then you have to pay for labor. We paid over 100 dollars just to get it running. Called company and of course nothing they can do. You pay for a new bike then have to pay to fix there defects!

I have to confess, my first purchase from them went great and was an Apollo 125 RFX dirt bike for my granddaughter. The guy I talked gave me a little extra discount based on my disabled veteran status and fixed income. Because this first transaction went so well, a couple months later I tried buying two Apollo 250RX dirt bikes from them but because of the insanely dense lady I got on the phone this time, after 15 minutes of nonsense, I hung up and made my purchase from another vendor.

I did a order on the website on May 22 14 and received the scooter on time, but without the paperwork for RMV procedures. Passed more than 2 months nobody called me or send a email about the paperwork. Nothing... When I called they say the paperwork has returned to them.:-/ So since that day, I just had so many chat conversations online with the attendants, phone calls and every day they say to me the paperwork will be send it today... has 1 month since the first conversation and NOTHING! I live in Massachusetts, I bought the scooter to enjoy the summer, but now, maybe I will be able enjoy it next year! SOOOO Angry right now... Never buy anything in this site or Store! I am amazed at how terrible of an experience this has been. Awful communication and customer service. They finally sent my order - after three weeks - and it was not assembled after paying the $200 extra. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!
I bought one for my grand kids. What a great buy I shopped around to find anything close to this one and all the big name ATV could not even come close to this ATV for the price and to have the remote control in your hand gives you a great peace of mind!

I just ordered Tao Tao galaxy and they won't even answer my call or text or email it's business hours and they recommend calling for more help and services but none I should've called but don't worry my lawyer is well compensated and he will handle them I only ask for more info on product I spent money on But I guess customer service is something your business can't do. A simple email/text/call with just an okay would allow me to change my review but you guys are allowing me to think your a scam and I bet the other people here is your accounts. But no need to fuss more about It for my lawyer will tear you apart, I'm an investor so I take risks allot and if you think imma allow myself to be scammed your wrong I'll spend all my earnings to take your company down no more bull$#*! prove to me you are not a scam then I'll be content. I recently purchased a Dirt bike for my son from Mega Motor Madness. It wasn't difficult to put together, thanks to my neighbor we got it done in less than 2 hours. I called Mega Motor Madness and they sent us videos and gave us some help over the phone which helped. The bike is pretty fast for what I paid for it and pretty durable. Sounds great too. I ordered it Monday night and got it by Thursday! I highly recommend the 125cc SYX Moto Whip as a good starter bike! I will definitely contact Mega Motor Madness when I'm ready to upgrade to a 140 or 200cc.

I bought mine from Mega Motor Madness a few years ago. People will stop dead, or nearly jump, and say, "That's a great looking bike!" There've been a few others who'd talk about fuel mileage and such but then start trailing off, then stop and then say, "You know... that's a good looking bike". Whoever designed this one sure earned some points for style. And I am impressed with the cost/quality ratio. It's an inexpensive bike and it shows in a few ways. Double-check many fasteners while breaking yours in. The electrical switches and connectors don't 'feel' like the sort of things you'd find on a Rolls-Royce. But that's to be expected. Plus, replacement parts are dirt cheap. If a small number of components were upgraded a bit, then this bike would be in striking distance of the big-name scooters which cost three times as much. This scooter is wider than many Chinese scooters. This is good if you ride in poor weather. But girls are often not as comfortable as the driver. Unless, perhaps, they are on the taller side. My wife thinks of this as a masculine bike. She can ride it. But she prefers not to. I would not hesitate at all to recommend this bike. It's reliable and it's a sheer pleasure to ride. I'm entirely pleased with mine. I hope it's still available when its time to upgrade
Purchased a 125cc quad for my son who weighs 80lbs for X mas. He was very excited. We assembled it together and that was fun. Got it started he sat on it with a big smile hit the throttle... and it sat there! Yes we were on our driveway and its a very slight incline but it didn't move an inch. So iI gave him a push and it moved and once he hit flat ground it rode ok... hit the small incline and... well. So I have contacted them and basically they tell me to either take to a mechanic to diagnose issue at MY cost or return it for a refund LESS 30%. The shipping alone is $700 and the machine only cost me $789.00... I am not great at math BUT I do know that's not a good choice for me... DO NOT BUY THEIR CRAP! My bad for not living by the motto you get or don't get what you pay for! RUN STAY AWAY THEY SELL JUNK!
