Exactly as Promised

From the beginning, everything was presented straightforward.

The deposit was doubled from approximately $400.00 to $800.00 though, yet that was expected, as I went over my limit, so not a surprise.

Everyone I spoke to was professional and courteous and worked with me until my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

Have not received items yet, 11 days after payment, though they are en-route and should be here next week according to the tracking data. When the items arrive, I may update this review.

Everything is above satisfactory.

I've been dealing with MDG for a few years and never had an issue with anything. Products are top of the line, customer service is A++ and delivery is seamless. I would, and probably will use them again in the very near future. Expectations were totally met, with both products and services. Highly recommended.

EXCELLENCE
September 28, 2018

Mdg hooked me up with a hp omen 17.3 laptop. I had to go through a bunch of hoops because my bank was kind of newly opened. However i followed the barrage of questions and surely enough got my laptop. The payments will start coming out soon but i don't intend to pay minimum. I should have it all clear in max 10 payments! I bought a couch from here. Huge mistake. I have made payments of 200 a month to try to keep the interest down. Its almost impossible. Never missed a payment. They will do nothing to help. So unless you want to pay on a item for a very long time and pay thre or four times what its worth. I would stay away. HUGE RIP OFF

The interest rate is based on your credit assessment and is different for everyone. The faster the balance decreases the less interest you pay and more money you'll save. Very friendly, helpful staff that will help you from beginning to end! We bought a flat screen tv, a video game system, and even a couch! Payments are affordable! Delivery was fast. Will definitely buy from MDG again!

I have purchased several items through MDG, varying from HDTV's to appliances. In every case, they have been very courteous and thorough with their service to assure that my items were delivered on time and as early as possible. They were always accommodating with the documentation required and went above and beyond to make sure I was supplying the correct information and properly to avoid any delays. I would definitely buy from them again and am currently preparing for another purchas in the near future

Great customer service

I had no problem with the whole process. They did exactly as advertised and my stuff arrived promptly after paying the required down payment. They were out of the bed I originally had picked and they upgraded my order and even got me a better price for the inconvenience. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's credit is not the best. Low weekly payments.

Poor Customer Service
April 15, 2019

I am happy with the product price but not the process. I ordered and received the notice that the item had shipped. It's been over a week since the expected delivery, they have started to charge me even though I dont have the item. I've called three times to find out what is going on, three people have just casually said "I dont know" and "I'm not sure where your shipment is"
Not an ideal way to handle a customer and certainly incredibly not helpful.

Business with MDG

I have had a wonderful experience with MDG. I did look online at the Better Business Bureau and there were some terrible reviews. But I have had personal hands on experience with my representative and he personally handled every aspect of my purchase. I'd wish other companies would take these same kinds of steps towards customer service.

HP laptop and camera

Very efficient and kept to promises in site. One problem is length of delivery. Which I haven't received yet, of my order. It isn't suppose to be here in Tacoma, Washington! Price was good. Customer service was super.

I have bought a few products ( 42"Lg tv, xbox one, Samsung 3D blue player.)And I didn't have any issue with the products. I love the payment price, very reasonable and affordable don't have to worry bout payments since they automatically taken it out of my bank account. I also love the e-mails letting me know bout my up coming payments. I had no issue with getting the products shipped, got them before Christmas time. All of my questions where answer right then and there over the phone

Incompetent

My order was on delay for a long time and my agent didn't even update me of what is happening with my order. She will only give me updates if I will shoot an email first. The Finance department even deducted a large amount in my bank account without letting me know and I even end up paying a fee due to insufficient funding. In the end, they told me that the item I ordered was already out of stock. Isn't that great? I ended up ordering another item that I preferably don't like. So whatever happened, it sucks!

I ordered from MDG last week. I have emailed customer service once and Mike my "assistant" twice.No reply from either. Payment is scheduled to process today. I'd like to know when my order will ship or what's next.Not impressed at this point with customer service. I'll edit my review later.

My experience was neither great nor horrible. It took almost two weeks to receive my order and I was a little bit weary of making so many payments before I had an item in my hand. It's definitely a more cost effective option but I really think there has to be a better way for the company to guarantee payment other than making 6 payments before it's shipped.

I was very sceptical about shopping online. MDG made it an easy process. Simple to understand. Easy to work with. I was able to pick my table set up instead of waiting an extra week for it to be delivered. Delivery for my other items canes 3 days sooner then expected. I would absolutely buy through them again. And would tell anyone unsure to do so as well. Great company to deal with.
