ThItem was Late

The customer Service was pretty good, until your Order come in late, i Feel that i was lied to about when to get my item by UPS. Over all a 4 Star for the finance dept and others but the Ordering part needs to improve better. I ordered an item on the 1st and now its taking my time to get here. Ill stick with Amazon.com gets here in 3 days or less.

Expensive shipping!
July 16, 2019

So far everything has gone well. It takes a bit of time to complete but I understand that. My last package is due to arrive in two days. The only thing is the shipping cost are extreme! I'm sure they pad the cost to minimize the risk they take on with giving credit to people with low scores but It really is extreme. Almost $500 for a TV, Sound Bar and mounting rack!

Best rent to Own

One of the worst! Please stay away from. Their cheaper prices are made up in their bank accounts by selling as new and not backing up! Horrible! Heading to the courthouse tomorrow to try and file a small claims suit against them!

Steps in motion
August 7, 2018

I order my stuff and waited for approval. It was finally done after a few glitches and back and forth with CS. Then the ship part took a little longer than usual.and UPS lost one box and it's been replaced. So now we wait for the replace part and see how that goes.

Not bad but not great

While it was easy enough to get approved, the placing of the order involved so many extra steps. Several phone calls to confirm information repeatedly and then zero confirmation or communication in regard to shipping and was never given a tracking number. All the representatives I spoke to were very helpful and pleasant.

MDG making technology affordable for everyone:

MDG was the only one who would allow me to finance the PC I desperately needed. My income was not an issue because their prices are extremely reasonable and their 'payment holiday' policies mean that when those unexpected financial bumps in the road come up your world won't come crashing down. Their customer service representatives are friendly and reasonable. I cannot recommend MDG highly enough...

Perfect place when you don't have all the money

I've never had one problem with this company yet. Yes the initial process is a little lengthy but when you compare the overall costs from MDG to a credit card, it's so much cheaper. Everything I've ordered has arrived in a timely manner and everything was correct. The team at MDG is very courteous and helpful.

Never having done business with them I was skeptical. Spoke with Mohammad B. Several times and ordered the system. It was a great price and hopefully will be delivered faster than expected. Happy customer's

We have purchased a 55" T. V. from MDG and the customer service was outstanding. Even when we had some difficulties setting things up they where very helpful and followed through with what they say. MDG has helped me to gain access to items that Id like but could not drop the thousands of dollars on up front. Not only were they able to do this, but its a fair way to do it. Instead of ripping you off by charging enormous amounts of interest, they are literally breaking down the actual price to make sure that you are getting the item you want at the price its worth. Other similar sites will charge a hell of a lot more. I wanted to purchase a gaming laptop to keep in contact with friends away over a common interest. Other sites would charge me $3500 for the laptop that was worth $1400-1500. Price on MDG for the SAME UNIT, $1444. The staff is incredibly Helpful and their process ensures a safe and secure transaction. I would recommend to anyone. 100%!

Paying less than $100.00 a month for great electronics in my opinion is totally worth it. It took a little time for the entire process from the beginning to having the merchandise I would say around three weeks. But hey if you want it that day go shell out over $1,000.00. I dont mind paying a little extra in the end for low bi-weekly payments. I will definitely be returning after I pay off my current merchandise.

Everything is shipped so quickly and customer service is on top of things. I got a laptop and headset (yes, the PlayStation headset works for Xbox controllers!)... I love ordering with mdg and I will again in the future! I just wish they had more products.
