Very satisfied! Service/staff were excellent. However, inability to verify banking details online (maybe a technical glitch?) was very inconvenient. Product arrived at earliest estimated time and in flawless condition. Would definitely recommend to others.

Product order is okay but site says free shipping and we didn't get that in our area? Also made payments on product before it even arrived which took over two weeks to arrive. Overall experience was okay need more CSR that speak better English too!

Awesome customer service and surprisingly quick. Although I do have a feeling they are motivated individually by selling the extended warranty as if they make an incentive. Nothing wrong with that, I have actually been in such jobs. But really great overall. Oh and the "minimal amount of words" required to even get through this is a bit pushy. But I give you guys 5 star's, it was completely painless. Thanks again guy's

I understand Im going to pay more because of past mishaps, but this is definitely far from a cheap option. Not only are the products marked up, but shipping was about $100 and the buying process takes forever

They are easy to speak with, friendly, helpful, and have great products for low weekly or bi-weekly prices. Can't recommend them enough. They ship quickly as well. Only recommendation would be more variety of products, other than that, 5 stars!

These people are SCAMMERS! Just read a review where the auto bot explained it needed banking information such as username and password. It's either a scam or an extremely careless company. Avoid either way!

Tried to be an honest and upfront customer and they only made excuses to delay shipping by over a month. Just ridiculous that when you already have my banking information, my first payment and right before you ship you put a hold on my account. If this is how you guys treat new customers I can't imagine how awful the service is with existing ones. Do not shop here. It was easier for me to get a personal loan worth way more than what I was purchasing. It's electronics, it should not be this difficult and annoying to make a purchase. So much of my time wasted I'll never get back

I can already tell cancelling isn't going to be an easy process. It's going take at least 4 weeks before my order even ships. I decided I didn't want to wait that long. And so far all I'm getting is the run around. They don't tell you the process until after you've signed everything and given them your information. I'm predicting a long battle ahead of me

This place is a scam, they approved me for $2300 even though my credit is poor. I placed the order, they took out my money from my bank account and then cancelled order with no notice or reason. I don't expect to ever see it again... Best I can do I think is worn others unfortunately.

Ordering was easy and then……. Phone calls not returned, changing amounts of payment, changing delivery dates, and no answers. Days later after two payments sent finally able to reach "my consultant", we just need one more large payment and then we can process. Ridiculous, was finally able to cancel the order!

Good computer for what I am using it for. Price doing financing is crazy though compared to buying it out right about double kind of steep probably will not get from here again! Jesse James wore guns when he robbed people!

Please keep in mind that it is an open loan and you can make extra payments, pay the account off in full, or increase your payment to help decrease the balance so you can pay it off faster. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs.
