I've now dealt with MDG for a personal loan as well as product financing and can say that their services are top notch. Processing your first application with them can be daunting but is well worth it and they have amazing friendly and helpful support. Processing the second and third times was extremely quick once your account is setup. I would definitely recommend MDG to anyone who wants to improve their credit or purchase an item on payments. You do pay a premium for the products but if you have credit issues or cant afford to buy item outright, MDG has excellent services to help you. The cash loan came in super handy during an emergency, which is a newer service they now offer as well. Overall, 5 stars, MDG's services and support has vastly improved since last dealing with them 10 years ago

I purchased a 55 inch smart tv Playstation 4 deal and the price was great. Payment were low. I love my electronics! This tv is my baby! They also went out of their way to deliver! Customer service is wonderful as well. I highly recommend MDG for household needs!

After paying on time from automatically payment from my bank account, for almost a year, my credit limit went up and was able to place another order of 58 & 50 inch TV with no problems at all, didn't require for them to call me to verify anything, good payment history is definitely rewarding

I'm a zip pay user was going to give this company a shot yes prices are high but that was expected payment plans and all. After reading these reviews good and bad it really sounds shady good reviews not giving it justice at all and the bad ones seems more predictable. I'm glad I read before purchasing now to just figure out how to cancel this account. Anybody looking for financing use zip pay app it's the better option no interest and you actually know where your stuff is coming.

This place is a scam and Don't make the same mistakes I did and order from them. They will rob with over priced cheap $#*! that you could get for half the price. Their customer service is terrible none of them speaks good English. And they play so many games so guys please don't do it.And they wouldn't let me give 0 stars because that's what they deserve.

The people were friendly... music in English would be nice when having those long waits on hold. The process of receiving your order is way to long it's taking about 4 weeks to get a laptop I need for school 3 weeks ago.

After signing contracts and making an agreement on items, they turned around and changed terms with down payments and made things much higher than promised. There are better ones out there, avoid these guys if you can.
I had a great experience with MDG financial when financing my laptop. My credit approval was slightly less than the one I wanted, so I was going to go for a cheaper one. I got a call from an associate who extended my limit just enough so that I could get the product I needed. There was some confusion in shipping and I got sent the wrong product, but this was caught before it's arrival and was handled promptly. Communication on the matter was stellar. They have multiple payment options and flexible dates, interest rates were reasonable. Customer service has always been helpful and very straightforward to deal with. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and I would shop with them again.
Briefly, I needed a quick and convenient way to replace my TV. I went to local retailers and viewed other similar businesses that offer the same sort of services. I decided to try out MDG. Never having ordered over the phone before for big ticket items I was unsure about it. Finally I made the decision to go through with the order. Service was great and quick overall. My two issues were having to take pics of social security card, bank statement, and photo ID to a company over the internet was scary! Second question / issue was on line it showed as soon as you make your first purchase your credit amount will increase and haven't seen it happen... Part of my order has been delivered. Still waiting for my scheduled delivery of other half...

Products purchased met my expectations. Delivery of my sofa and love seat was delayed because of where i lived. Laptop was confusing as the write up stayed touch screen and it wasnt. Now. Im trying tp find out how much longer payments on the sofa. Will be. No response yet. Been 2 years and 6 months
Excellent sales service. Sales rep told me small items we're to ship Wednesday and I would receive a call Thursday to setup special delivery of TV. Their website showed order was at warehouse being packed... but to day order status is back to processing and no tracking info or phone call as promised. Items were ordered as an anniversary present. So much for that. If you place an order, be sure on time delivery isn't important.
