Ordered a green colored lehenga for my wife with customized stitching. Lehenga was as pretty as it is in the photo. Perfectly stitched. Was anxious about this arriving on time but it came as scheduled.
As a first timer, it was great experience with Maple fashions.
Extremely satisfied.

I ordered a floral print lengha as per the image they advertised on their site, they sent me something completely different, it was supposed to be pastel print instead sent me a disgusting cheap version with bright colours, absolutely disgraceful. The lengha is horrible, it is made poorly with threads coming out, they have stuck patches of flowers on their, the iron on ones, the whole thing is a shamble. Really dissapointed, I want my money back!

I ordered a stitched saree back in August. It arrived very soon after ordering but the zip was broken on the blouse and the saree was not stitched. When I complained to them about this and sent photos they told me that the advertised product had two different styles for the saree and because they didn't know what style to do they did not stitch the saree. They made me pay for this work though and made no attempt to confirm with me the style of stitch I wanted my saree to be made. I requested a refund via paypal as maple fashions started to ignore my requests that they fix this problem. It took two months to get my money back, in part because of paypal and because of maple fashion's fraudulent practices. Maple fashions lie on their customs invoice (it makes exports cheaper for them, but they charge you retail export costs so they get more money from you), so the details I used were wrong and it means that if you have to send something back it may get stuck in Indian customs. My returned item is stuck in customs and I have asked maple fashions repeatedly to collect this package but they are ignoring me.

Use this company at your own risk, use a payment type which offers buyer protection and pray they haven't got your order wrong because when maple fashions get something wrong they ignore you.

They LIE on the site by stating:
"WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET
The products will be exactly the same as displayed. The photoshoot is done after the product is made."
It also stated that the material was silk which it was NOT, instead cheap material was used. What they did get right was the measurements that I sent. So if your okay with a cheap looking outfit then this is for you. If you expect it to look like the photo you will be very disappointed.

I am pleased to inform you back that I have received 2 sarees and one ankle length suit. All of them have been stitched very nicely and very well packed and delivered. I am very happy with your customer service. I had mentioned the wedding dates and you have done your work accordingly. (I know that one saree is still on the way and I will receive it within time frame).

I am happy to convey to my friends and relatives what great job your company has done. Most of the gifts that I send to my relatives and friends for Rakhi, Holi, Diwali and weddings will be purchased from maplefashions.com!

I have a wedding coming up in India in Nov 23rd. I am selecting and will be sending some clothes which will be part of "Bhaat" (gifts given to the mother of the groom from her brother). I am confident that the gifts will be liked by all.

I live in the UK and was invited to an Asian wedding very late and so had little time to organise an outfit. I contacted Maple Fashions in India after finding them online. I felt very nervous ordering something I had only seen a picture of. I was assured it would look the same but due to time constraints I could only order a ready to ship outfit. I ordered it and sent my measurements and it was stitched and posted the same day, again I was a bit sceptical. However to my delight I received the parcel as promised 4 days later! The Anarkali dress was pretty much exactly like the image, the colour was slightly different, more peachy than pink but that is understandable with different screen resolutions. Overall I am really pleased that I did go ahead and Maple Fashions were true to their word and kept me informed via WhatsApp. I would definitely recommend this company and look forward to ordering again should I need an outfit. Thank you!
