I ordered 2 sarees in August and I received one after a month, but still did not receive the other up until today. They said they couldn't send out the second saree because there was a flood and they would keep me updated but its been 3 months and they still did not get back to me. Besides, how could they send out one saree and not the other if there was a flood? They are careless. Also, I would like my money back but they are not willing to refund.

I ordered a lehenga mid-February for a wedding I was going to in early April. The item was due to be delivered by mid-March. In mid-March, I received an email from Maple Fashions that they did not have the fabric for the item I purchased and I would not get the lehenga I ordered. They offered to make a similar item at a similar cost. Unfortunately, by that time they reached out to let me know of the mistake, it was too late to receive a new lehenga in time for the wedding I was attending and I asked for my money back. I have sent two emails asking for a reimbursement (about $200) and have not heard back. I would urge others not to use this site. Stay away if you don't want to be scammed!

I was very hesitant to order any Indian dress on line as I had a very bad experience with a different company in the past. My cousin recently ordered 2 dresses thru them and both came in two weeks and looked exactly as the picture. This made me want to give them a try. My dress took 3 weeks but it was exactly as I ordered and the picture. There were no surprises and once they shipped it only took about 3 business days to receive it from India to USA. I gave them clear instructions to add sleeves and they did it perfectly. They also took all the measurements as I gave them. My experience was very positive and would definitely recommend and order again in the future.

I was hesitant to order an outfit for a special occasion on the internet, but after emailing them numerous times, they assured me I would get exactly what I wanted. Firstly, Lehenga blouse sleeves only come to a certain length, but I however, wanted full sleeves. So, they told me to put any special requests/measurements in the comment box, and outfit would be made to my request and would look EXACTLY like the picture. When I got it, the embroidery on the shoulder looked like one of those iron on patches and the edges were all lifting off, the sleeves WERE NOT full length or made to the measurements I gave them, and came with a gold band on the cuffs which wasn't pictured. I understand you get what you pay for, and it's always a gamble buying online, but they basically lied and falsely assured me in the emails, which is unacceptable. Only positive is that the color is nice and they emailed me back promptly. I have a family wedding coming up and we were going to get moat of our outfits from here, but I'll definitely tell them to reconsider...

DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU LIKE SURPRISES. Everything was going so well until I received my order. I was really disappointed that the outfit didn't fit properly, the slits on the suit didn't fall correctly and the pattern didn't look the same as shown on their website. I emailed them at the address they sent me and I received a reply back asking to send them pictures. I sent them pictures and then NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN.

I ordered 2 dresses from this site. It took them three months from the date of order to ship one dress. The quality is subpar at best. The lace is scratchy and the stitching was shoddy. The second dress that I had ordered, they said that it was out of stock. I got emailed two months saying "please order another dress of similar value and that's the least that we can do." I decided to give them another chance and picked out another dress. I gave them my measurements and asked them to ship as soon as possible. The second dress arrived with a broken side zipper, uneven stitching on the bottom of the dress so it looks lopsided and seams coming out of everywhere. They also didn't give me the bottom to the piece as they advertised. Bottom line is, if you want to throw away your money for nothing, then this is the best place to do so. These people pretend to have great customer service but stop responding the minute you actually email them to fix the issues.

I had very low expectation for this purchase. I assumed the photo might have been stolen from the internet and the quality was going to be poor. I was so so wrong. My lehenga arrived within a week (international shipping)! The quality was beautiful! Exactly like the model in the picture. I was so stunned and pleasantly surprised. I wish I had more events to go to! I want to buy all of the outfits. Great price and amazing quality! Thank you so much!

I ordered an outfit shown as a long dress, I have it posted to my brother in India as I go every year. My niece sent me photos and the long dress is not a long dress, be aware, the advertising is not as shown. I am very disappointed. I have sent messages via email to their customer support and have not received a satisfactory reply. Very very misleading! The customer support does not answer specific questions, they just keep repeating their standard" it is all described on our website" I will not be shopping form here again
