Mainely Urns were incredibly professional, the shipment was very quick, we received it literally in a week, I was looking for the best quality urn for my precious baby girl, she gave us the greatest happiness for 16.5 years, and she deserved the best, now she'll rest in peace, thank you Mainely Urns!

We needed this specific urn only found on Mainely Urns website and it was a rush case-needed it by the next day at close of business all the way down in the DFW area. They were able to get it here by 10:00 AM the next day. We were relieved and pleasantly surprised. Needless to say, we are quite please with this company and the urn.

After placing an order and receiving a ship notification, I found the order seemed to be stuck in a "shipping label has been created" mode for 5 days. After looking at the calendar I panicked a bit as the burial date had already been established and notices already mailed. I contacted Mainely Urns customer service. They contacted the vendor and got the urn vault moving and on its way. It arrived well in time for me to get it to the cemetery staff to have it ready for the scheduled burial date. Thank you Mainely Urns.

Mainely Urns understands that their customers are grieving a beloved person or pet. They are respectful and caring. They sent me a mock-up of my pet's personalized nameplate tag for my approval before printing it. They did a beautiful job on it, packaged it with care and made sure I received the package. Great urn vaults for a variety of prices. Wanted the same one for my father that I got for my mother. They did not carry the identical one but helped me find one that is close enough. Their options for the nameplate are plentiful and can be personalized for a more loving sentiment..

They do a great job on making the urns you want for your loved ones with in a few days of placing my order I was sent a photo of what the text/ art work I picked out for my mother's urn to approve or make changes hands down this is the best place to get what your looking for

I lost my 14 year old pomchi back on July 19th. It tore me apart. I wanted to do something special… I randomly found this site on Google. They were quick to respond after I made my order. They also sent a proof and made sure I was satisfied before they put it into production!

My grandfather passed on a Saturday and the
Funeral was the following Saturday. I was made in charge of picking this out. I found them online and decided to give it a shot because I loved the look of having a picture incorporated into the Urn. It was Beautiful, and exactly what we wanted! Everything down to the custom mustang logo in the corner. We made multiple revisions and they were so patient with us. The Urn arrived Thursday insuring that we did not have to stress before Saturday.

My dad wanted his remains sent off in the water, so having a keepsake urn was a great way for us to still have him with us. When I saw the tea light urn I was so happy that I could light his candle on his birthday and fathers day every year. I ordered two urns and they both arrived quickly and very well packed. One urn was an opaque white and the other was gray, they are both beautiful. I had an engraving placed on mine and it was perfect! We are very happy with our purchase.

My brother's house was filled with all things "Chicago Bears". Placing his cremains in this urn will make him happy and feel right at home. We ordered this on line and the lettering, color, and logo turned out just as we envisioned.

I recently lost my fur baby after having him for 14 years and wanted to give him a nice urn. The vet's offering of urns was very minimal and I am glad I found Mainely Urns. I ended up purchasing the doghouse urn in brown and there was plenty of space for his ashes and also some memorabilia items. The urns we purchased (had to buy two, both our dogs passed away about a month from each other) were perfect and exactly what we wanted!
