I recently lost my fur baby after having him for 14 years and wanted to give him a nice urn. The vet's offering of urns was very minimal and I am glad I found Mainely Urns. I ended up purchasing the doghouse urn in brown and there was plenty of space for his ashes and also some memorabilia items. I was afraid his ashes would return prior to his urn arriving but with the quick shipping, it arrived before his ashes did. I would highly recommend Mainely Urns

The urns we purchased (had to buy two, both our dogs passed away about a month from each other) were perfect and exactly what we wanted! Mainely Urn's was quick to get us the proof after submitting our order and had the custom urn to us within about a week. They look great with not even a minor imperfection! First, let me say that Mainely Urns has the largest variety of urns and keepsakes. Second, the staff at Mainely Urns was on top of every aspect of the process. The keepsake urns arrived promptly without issue. The larger urn was a special order and was damaged in shipping, but Mainely Urns had already handled it before I even knew this happened. I could not be happier with the personalized ammo can urn I ordered for my father's ashes. We chose the gold background with color photo and black and white Navy emblem—it turned out perfect. We are very pleased with our order.

The day of his birth was wrong ( my fault as we have 2 sons birthdays in March) They send a picture first so if anything needs changed they can fix it.They fixed it quickly and mailed it. Couldn't ask for a better company, very attentive and friendly!

Mainely Urns were wonderful about reaching out to insure my urn was exactly what I wanted. Kind and courteous communication and I felt so comfortable with the purchase all the way through.

The website may need a little work to make it more user-friendly. There were some points that most folks would have an issue. Especially older, non-computer savvy folks. The specific challenge I faced was saving my urn to look back on later, the saved details are very hard to read through as they have too much code included in the text of that page.

My son passed away overseas. Therefore I received his ashes in a bullet-like, looking urn. As we were preparing to celebrate his life, I couldn't imagine displaying that cold, dark metal urn.
