I won many products from madbid. But i received some products brand new but some or not. My overall experience with madbid is good till now.
Your site & TV advert are a disgrace - you are essentially conning not very savvy people out of their hard-earned cash.
Anyone with 1/2 a brain cell can see its a con - essentially you are charging people for the privilege of bidding in auctions they are almost certainly never going to win & then when they have spent £100, £200 or whatever you give them the opportunity to buy overpriced goods with that credit.
Why can't you just be honest that that's how it works - because you're making a fortune obviously!
Won't be long though before you go the same way as Wonga & either people wake up to the con or Consumer organisations step in to change your business model & require you to be honest.

After hearing all the great hype about mad bid, i must have been mad to sighn up with my 50 pounds that run out very quick and not winning anything.
Then on top of that the plot thickens they only went and charged me another 30 pounds auto top up with out my consent charged to my bank.
And after all weekend with great anxiety and panick attacks thinking iv been robbed i decided to phone them and the polite lady told me i could claim something for free and yes they had the cheak to charge me 10 pound for postage and packaging.
So for the 90 pounds that i spent that made me ill i ended up with a phone when i wanted a smart TV.
And the phone i got was suppose to be rrp 150 pounds brand new YET on ebay iv seen them go FOR 40 POUNDS.
AND get this they have the cheek to tell me they are items that have been won on MADtosighnupBID.
THEY BELONG ON CHUCKLE BROTHERS OR WATCH DOG

It is not as simple as you think... I have tried it and ended up with nothing and spent over $300.
Buyer beware this is a con. You run out of credits very fast. Their ads say one thing but the reality is completely different.

No se dejen engañar, es una vil estafa, es muy difícil ganar parece que estuvieran las subastas monitoreadas a manera de que solo gastes tus créditos, y ya que no tienes te hacen una oferta atractiva de comprar más créditos y ellos te darán 5 veces más créditos gratis. Pero de nada sirve, pues nuca vas a poder ganar. Que lastima que existan sitios así, tan deshonestos.

This is wonderful site i came to know few months back while searching for some thing on websites. I opened my account with MadBid and got extra (6 times for the price of 1) credits to bid for desired products which boosted my bidding power multi fold.
While i was bidding for the product i wanted, i realized that i may require more credits and good strategies to win the products that is when to enter/exit a bid, which item to select for bidding etc. Hence i first increased my bidding power by winning some treasure boxes and credit packs where you get thousands of credits for a very nominal price. Post this the land was mine. I chose the product (Phillips Food Processor) i wanted to bid and to my first surprise i ended up with the winning bid for the processor.
I still could not believe it anticipating it to be a fake online auction site till i received the food processor physically delivered to me at my address. I was just shocked. It was real. Can you believe it i just got it for $1.23 and double excitement was when i gave it to my wife who was wanting for it since long. When i told her the price i got it including the price of credits purchased she was like shocked.
It is really an amazing first experience i had with MadBid and would surely recommend guys to participate but wisely.

A total rip off, you may, and I stress may, win a discounted item but by the time you have finished buying and losing credits you will find it was not worth it.

As my bids ran out it showed on my scream collect £25 worth bids as i was collecting and uses them unknowingly to me they went complementary as I that this came out my account a total of £450 and I cldny get any help or proper explanation of why this wasn't made clear to me it appears as tho u getting free credits worth £25 and chums up wile u are bidding when u cldny possibly read how it works anyway (although this isn't explained anyways)when I reAlised that's wot they wer doing I was physically sick, apart from getting slapped about from my partner for losing all that money

There is nothing negative to be said about MadBid so far after using it several months now.
