Macy's provides a great shopping experience. It also provides above average retail items as its stock. However. Be prepared to dig deep into the wallet. For that reason I only shop the sales at the end of the season because they heavily discount items that remain on the racks at the end of summer and winter. That's when you can get your best deals.

You can barely understand their customer service people, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, they put me on hold for 20 minutes and then said they'd "call me back." STILL haven't heard from them. I have been a customer for 40 years and THIS is the best they can do?
