I have been shopping ar Macy's for over a decade now & have yet to be disappointed. When you buy kitchen appliances, they immediately, automatically register your product for it warranty! We learned that when our 1.5 year old esspresso machine broke; we contacted cuisinart to enquire about repairs & were pleasantly surprised to find it was under waranty, registered by Macy's and 100% eligible for replacement at no charge to us.
We purchased a mattress from them and had the best customer service ever as well as an excellent price for the mattress.
We have purchsed clothing and find it to be of excellent at very reasonable prices-even when not on sale. The garments will last for decades.
Yesterday I contacted customer service regrding a mistake with my order-customer service was friendly and helpful very competent, completely resolving the issue in mere moments. They know mistakes can happen and avoid them becoming oroblems by fixing them. Excellent store. Highly recommend to everyone.

I'm a plus size woman and love to look nice, I love my clothes to look young and present showing an older woman with freshness and current ideas of what's happening. I found that Macy's sales are the best, and the sales offers on designer names are fabulous to someone as myself who must pinch pennies. Please check Macy's.com out and I promise you will be delighted. Call your orders in, because the sales reps are tremendous with offering more savings and sometimes giving free shipping to you, just because you placed an order. Don't wait, don't hesitate check out Macy's online and shop away and save.

Macy's is the what now I love for buying clothes online. It's became my first preference for online shopping. I just gave it a shot and it worked all fine. I had a doubt on a certain dress and just sent a message to the customer service. They came back very fast and answered all my questions politely. The payment process went perfect and the order placed successfully. The price is somewhat high but the quality and service is value for your money. Just loved the dress and I recommend it for all. Thumbs up!

Best clothing store to shop at for any occasional day such as party, holidays, wedding anything u can name. I always shop here been coming to buy my clothes at Macys for over 4years now, i love their levis they be perfect fitting nice color good linen, i get every brand of clothing here polo, nautica, ecko, victoria secret, levis, perry elis, my heels, my gym shoes, timberlands, i get my fashion from here i feel like i should get sponsore for shopping here hahaha, anyways great clothing store Love you macys thanks for the best clothes i have & for the more clothing on the way, keep sending me magazines monthly for the new Trends!..

This company has gone so far downhill, they are now underground! There credit card is a scam. They don't send the bill and they wait months to notify you that there is a payment due - this arrives in the form of a letter usually, not a statement. By then, there are hundreds of dollars in late fees and they've reported you to the credit agencies. They are horrible at customer service. Any time I have called with an issue, I have had to wait extraordinary amounts of time (over and hour) and usually get to talk to someone who I can't understand and who can't understand me. They never do what they say they will do. There online bill pay never works, I could go on and on, but you get the picture. Stay away from Macy's!

I usually shop at Neimans, but was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service I received. I needed a shirt pressed and the sales exec searched the store to find a means to press the shirt. He went WAY beyond what I usually experienced in the store. He also knew his merchandise better than I know my social security number! LOL I suppose each store has its 'gem' and Laz is the gem at the Galleria Macy's in Fort Lauderdale, I gave 5 stars because of Laz.
