I spoke to Lauren and a supervisor named "Z" regarding my canceled order. Two days ago I called to have my online order canceled. Per Macy's policy "Online shipped orders: 30 minutes to change or cancel your order". I called within the first 10 minutes. The agent did not successfully cancel the order. I called back to confirm that the ENTIRE order was supposed to be canceled. Not only am I being charged the full order amount, but the supervisor told me "the only option is to dispute the charge with your bank". Great business practice to tell your customers that they are better off disputing. This is exactly why I stopped shopping with Macy's for 2 years, and the sole reason I will not shop here again. I shouldn't be inconvenienced because a Macy's agent did not perform their job and cancel the entire order, and it is ludicrous that I have to wait 3 weeks for an item that should never have been shipped out in the first place. For a million-dollar company, you have poor customer service resolutions and a lack of ownership of this issue. I would hope you provide proper training for your agents. Because if the only resolution is to dispute with our banks, Black Friday will leave you out millions of dollars in chargebacks and dissatisfied customers.
Is not the first time I bought a perfume in Macys at it is fake. Few days ago I bought two perfumes, Blue (Channel) and Sauvage (Dior). Today I opened my Sauvage and is fake! Do NOT order furniture from Macy's! I ordered furniture in January knowing it would take up to 2 months. Received it in March - something was wrong with all 5 pieces. Reordered it. Thought they'd have to do better the second time, right? Received the new furniture about 2 months later. It was worse than the first time. One cushion had piping on it - a totally different style than the others. Plus there were scrub marks on the corners. Decided to return it. They WERE supposed to be here on Tuesday (10/12). I got the notification that they were coming in the morning. Around noon I called customer service. After being on hold for over an hour (they'd check in every once in a while to "update" me) the supervisor said the delivery company wasn't answering their phone calls. He sent an email and told that he would call me back and let me know what was going on. Well, he never called back. Called today and the soonest they can pick up my defective furniture is 10/26. I have new furniture waiting to be delivered. I just want this out of my house and never have to speak to anyone at Macy's again.

Worst experience ever that I've had with an online store. Macy's is racist so Asians with obviously Asian names, do business with Macy's at your own risk. I used my valid fully funded credit card at their online store. They declined the transaction. They said the card was declined by the issuer. When I checked with my bank, the bank confirmed the transaction was in fact approved and gave me the approval number. Macy's refused to accept this or acknowledge they lied about the reason for rejection of the transaction. To make things worse, they reported the card as compromised to Visa, prompting my card to be suspended. I called the bank and luckily was able to get my card reinstated. I as traveling so having a suspended card was highly inconvenient. I have many Asian friends who tried to shop in their stores and got the same treatment and excuse that the card was declined. I used the same card at Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus thereafter and had no issues whatsoever. There seems to be a pattern. If Asian business is not appreciated here, happy to bring our business elsewhere. But have the guts to admit instead of wasting our time with lies that our bank declined the transaction, which they did not.
I have ordered my item on sale online on 9/17/21. Usually they send an e-mail that your order ready to pick up in the store. Now it's differrent. I've never get this info but in 4 days I recieved an e-mail that we're in processing your credit request. I've never asked for credit bc of never recieved my order. I call to customer survice 0n 9/22/21 to figure our what is going on and almost sleepy guy said you didn't pick up your order. It was really confusing. First of all you have to keep order at least for 7 days, second I've never get info that order ready to pick up. Terribele store now.

Macy's have good quality products at very competitive prices. I have bought pretty good quality sport coats and blazers very cheap compared to their original prices. Macy's periodic and end of season sales are the best times to pick up hot items especially at the turn of the season.

Initially the order was just late but now we are having delivery issues as well. We have been rescheduled 3 times- 1. Broken down truck, 2. Although we were given a delivery day the scheduler noted it but forgot to put it on the schedule, 3. Now can't find the items to put on the truck. Don't buy from Macys!
I am so SICK & TIRED of freaking Macy's. DO NOT PURCHASE JELWERY FROM THEM. My fiancé paid about 3k for my engagement ring only for there to be a misplaced diamond, but it was still pretty so I decided to keep it. But when the diamonds began to fall out a month later we quickly reached out to Macy's about getting the ring fix/replaced. They told us to ship the ring back and they would ship a replacement the following day. They did inform us that if they didn't receive the ring in 30days we would be charged for both rings. With faith in their word we sent the ring back. When they received the ring they told us they processed a refund instead. It's has been a month and a half we have NOT seen a ring nor a refund. And everytime we reach out to them they tell us the SAME THING. That they will process the refund. I am trying my best not to lose it on these people. The wedding is approaching and I have NO RING. & we were going to purchase our wedding band from them but that is OVER with.
