It's been a month. The order supposedly shipped over two weeks ago via USPS, yet never arrived. It takes USPS 2-3 days to get from the shipping location to my location.
I'm so overwhelmed by all of the reviews I to have been scammed by this company and would like my money back. I hate I hadn't listened to my daughter's advice she always says mom before you order stuff from these companies check the reviews ugh over $100 I WANT MY MONEY I PURCHASED MASKS 4/5/20
Ordered face masks they said my money wouldn't leave my account until they processed it and is on its way. I'm still waiting for my stuff guess I won't see my products and I'm out 80.00.
They'll send their horrible product 6wks after your order is made. You tell them several times to cancel it but they won't.
Ordered 2 masks 4/9/20. Hit my credit card 4/10/20 STILL WAITING. No response from emails except "order has shipped. Look for shipping label, that was 4/13/20. Trying to work it out with CC Company
I ordered a 5' by 8' foot rug on 1/4/2020. I just got it 10 minutes ago (2/4/20). I greeted the mailman in the lobby of my condo and asked if he had a big rug in his truck. He said no. So he had it tracked. It was in a small tote he had in front of us. A 5 foot by 8 foot RUG in a plastic bag that weighed 3 pounds. I opened it and was shocked to see what looked like a paper rug that was thin and the print was so pixilated it was ridiculous. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, IF YOU DO DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED!
Back on April 6th, I ordered some masks through a page on Facebook called FullerSpace. My bank account was billed by Lushgood.
About a week later, I was emailed a tracking code and told the item had shipped. According to the postal service's webpage, the code was invalid. So I reached out to their support page to inquire about the status of my order. They sent a different shipping code. This code said that my item departed their shipping partner facility in Chino, CA on April 15,2020 and that the postal service was awaiting the item.
10 days later, I emailed the support page again and received no response at all. The shipping status has not changed since April 15th.
Today, I got an email asking me to write a review from Fuller Space. I of course wrote a review saying that I never received my item and emailed the support email again with no response.
I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank. But beware, Fullerspace IS Lushgood. I'm firmly convinced that it is a scam. I looked up the company's shipping partner and not surprised to learn it is a Chinese company.
Fortunately, a friend of mine is making masks. I was able to buy 4 for $20 from my friend and support a local business in the process. I'm any case, I've done a lot of online shopping and have never had this problem. This company is either a complete scam or completely incompetent. Either way, I'll never do business with them again and I recommend others do the same.
I ordered two items in the beginning of April, still haven't received them. I've emailed the company 5 times, no response. Terrible service.
