I purchased a set of amazing rings. When they arrived, one ring was broken. I reached out to the company and asked for a replacement for that specific ring (sent a picture to them as well). A few days later, I was notified that they would send me another full set replacement. The customer service is amazing and the product is beautiful and amazing quality for the price. It takes a little while for them to ship but it's well worth the wait. I would definitely recommend them!
I did get my ring, and even quicker than I thought I would, but the site says the ring is made with precious stone and the opal feels like plastic. Pretty, but probably not worth the $21 I spent on the ring.

I ordered over a month ago on this Free Ring Set paid Shipping and NEVER got my Items I contacted them via email there is no Phone Number to call and Never got a response they need to be shut down as they are Ripping Customers Off TOTAL SCAM!

I reviewed this company on 5/16. After 6 months I finally received a refund. They claim they sent my product out, but they never did. I never received anything. They will tell you their servers are down or their email is having problems or that their customer service is down, it's all a lie. They are probably receiving too many complaints and it takes weeks or months to get back to you. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.
