It's been 3 months and the blanket hasn't arrived. The tracking number was only good for China. Luna Daze ignores emails and phone calls and has made no attempt to help resolve the issue. They just take the money and forget about their customers.
After posting this review I finally heard from a "customer service rep" who said the order must have been lost in customs. She said a new blanket would be sent out and to touch back in a couple of days for a new tracking number. I waited the couple days and emailed back for the new number. There was no response. Waited a few days and tried again. No response. Waited a few more days and tried again. No response. This is getting really old. This is not how you treat customers. This is a scam company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!
Best jewelry at a reasonable price! I even got some extra promotional items for super cheap. My Nomad Necklace arrived in a week! They take a little bit to respond to emails, but once they do everything was golden. Be patient people. Thank you Luna Daze, J'adore!

I purchased two flannel lined fleece shirts back on 1/19/17 and never received the shipment or even tracking. I called and emailed multiple times but never received a response. I started to do research on Luna Daze and found this company appears to be a scam. Lots of people never getting the items they ordered or getting the wrong items entirely. I do not recommend this company. There are plenty of other legitimate companies out there that sell the same items. Don't give Luna Daze your money, don't be fooled!

I ordered 2 pairs of goddess pants and I only received one pair but was charged for both... I have called Luna daze and emailed twice over a week

I ordered the Goddess leggings and Strappy Fitness Bralette.
I have no complaints with the goddess leggings as they arrived just over the 2 weeks described and they came exactly as advertised.
However, I paid extra for shipping to receive the bralette also within 2 weeks and it arrived 4 weeks later! It was also a completely different color than advertised on the website. I ordered the magenta but it turned out to be more of a light pink. If it were any other company I would exchange this for a different color but dealing with them was such a pain that i'm just going to have to live with it.
I ordered a ring from them a few months back. I loved it on the Facebook page. It arrived sooner than the expected delivery date!
As soon as I opened it, I fell in love.
I know, silly to say about a ring, but it's 100% honestly how I felt, and still feel today.
It has been a few months, and so far no signers of wear and tear on the band, or the stones.
I get compliments on it every time I wear it out of the house which is often.
I would for sure buy from this company again, should something else catch my eye.

I ordered a pair of Goddess Leggings and they came within 2 weeks (as expected because they were shipped internationally) They are the same material, stretch, sizing and colour that the description and pictures had shown and I love them! I read some reviews on here just after ordering them and was worried that I'd been scammed but my emails were returned almost immediately and I was given a time frame to wait before emailing again if they hadn't come. They came when I expected them and after wearing them around the house as often as I can I'm in love!
10/10 I would definitely buy from them again! I'm not sure if they used to be a bad website to buy from but they are definitely turning around if that's the case, my experience was good and I hope that one day the reviews on sitejabber have more good than bad.

This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. THEY ARE CROOKS AND HAVE NO INTENTION OF FILLING YOUR ORDER. THEY PROMPTLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS.

My daughter ordered from this place for a present for her sister. She received confirmation it shipped but got no tracking number or how it shipped. They will not return emails or phone calls. Christmas has come and gone, no GIFT. Do not waste your time or money. Do not think they even care.

Dont order from this website. They never sent me a waist trainer i ordered 3 months ago and havent answered my emails. About a month ago they said they would send me another one since I hadn't received it and never got it. I emailed multiple times since then and still haven't gotten a reply from them. Do not order unless you want to thdoa your money away.

My daughter-in-law, who is super hard to buy for, picked out a shirt on this site. I ordered and was shocked at the extremely high shipping fees, but was more than willing to pay it to get her something she liked for Christmas. It's now 2 weeks later and still no delivery and no response to my email. Very disappointed!

I ordered a few promotional items (which they say will take a month to come in) but I have no way of tracking my order AND I have emailed them twice with no response. I truly hope this isn't a scam but if it isn't it has EXTREMELY bad customer service.

Sorry for being so rude, but if you are willing to make a company you might as well do it right or not do it at all. Or at least do commitment just with what you can. If you can´t do international, just accept it and maybe someday you might handle it. Right now it's clear that you as a company cannot handle this kind of service.
For what I see in https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/www.lunadaze.com you aren't even able to manage orders inside of your country. The reviews from your facebook seam really nice, and I got away with that. You can easilly delete these less than three star kind of comments, but in pages like sitejabber you don't. After more than three months of making this order I just think I waisted money, time, and energy. And sorry for my obscene lenguage, but I'm not willing to give any more $#*! about it anymore. So... Just let me know when I can get my refund. Any other option is worthless at this point. I refuse to even recive this only object out of the entire order that arrived at local postal service. It will just be a reminder of the worst online shopping experience I'd ever had.
I'm posting this in sitejabber. I hope you can make the changes you need to make or just dont care at all if you feel like it. I know I dont care about this order anymore.

8 out of 10 reviews state this company is a scam. Here is another one! I ordered the set of free rings (paid $10 shipping) on May 27th. Never received them. After 3 months of emails I finally got a response stating they were going to resend them. I still have not received ANY set of rings. This company is ridiculous and fraudulent. I will keep an eye on their fb page, warning any of my friends who "like" their page not to order from them. Word of mouth is a powerful thing and I will continue to let others know... warning them of a lying, thieving company.
UPDATE: a day after writing this review, I finally got my rings. So I guess it's not a total scam after all. Maybe they only try to scam the ones who don't continuously go after what they pay for, maybe it was an error with a company they work with. Nonetheless. It took 4 months to get rings I ordered. I am changing my title as well as theit rating, for this reason. Instead of 0 stars, they warrant 3. The rings are cheap (rings out of a gumball machine that you can adjust the size) but I didn't expect much from free rings that I paid $10 to ship. Lol yeah, I paid less to ship a tire.

Usually I'm all about supporting small businesses but not this one. I ordered 3 items, I received 2 but 1 broke right away. 4 months later I still haven't received my 3rd item. I have notified them numerous times and they just send the same email over and over. Very unprofessional!
