They have such a wide variety of items I almost always find what I am looking for, and they usually have the lowest prices if I happen to take the time to search other places. I appreciate all the information they give with all of their products, as it helps me finalize my decisions. My orders usually arrive promptly with all of my ordered items, but on the off-chance that something is wrong, the customer service staff is friendly & efficient in correcting any errors. Just one of the few companies left that knows how to treat customers and run a business to keep customers coming back.

I've been totally happy with Lucky Vitamin for years now. They have great low prices on everything they carry- plus you get reward points for further savings. I love my local natural food stores, but they charge a lot more for some things like protein powder and we use so much that it helps me afford it by buying it here.

The website is pretty good. I like the quick reorder function and feel like searching is easy. Check out is fine.
The shipping takes a few days, but is reliable. Everything is well packaged. And we find the lucky boxes are great for reuse!

I recently ordered Yogi teas from here for the first time. The prices were excellent compared to where I had been previously buying tea so gave them a shot. They delivered very fast and had no issues so I immediately placed a second order and so far so good. I would recommend it to anyone interested in using organic products, vegan foods, other vitamin products, etc. They send out regular coupons via email which is also very helpful.

Now brand makes Highly absorbed nutrients, at prices that do not break the bank. Look around at other brands, Now is absolutely top notch! They have their own laboratory, and have been formulating supplements since the 1970's. This is definitely a company that cares about health. Thanks Lucky Vitamin for the large selection of products, and good customer service.

I ordered some vitamins online from this company as the prices were very reasonable. What they don't tell you is it takes TEN days to get your order (I have been out of my vitamins which are key to keeping my migraines away). Needless to say, just discovered that their "Standard Shipping" is performed by a snail family. The time frames they give you on their website are misleading and had I known, I would never have placed my order to save a few bucks. On top of that, they don't even have a customer service phone number to call, you have to email them! What kind of company doesn't have a customer service phone number? They finally responded via email, no help, just "Sorry for your inconvenience." Not acceptable as I sit here with a migraine!
