Caution! The seller demanded payment outside amazon because they "miscalculated" the shipping costs. They refused to refund my purchase because supposedly my package was in transit. So, whatever you think you're paying this merchant, add 20% and expect to deal with delays (if you get your package at all), wasted time, and a saccharine customer service that will never rectify an error. They persisted in this behavior even after Amazon asked them to relent, which raises the question why they are still allowed to trade on their website.

I love Lucky Vitamins online shopping because I know I am getting quality at prices you cannot find elsewhere. I trust their customer service teams and know I will get answers to my most frequent questions. Shipping is tops in my opinion. You can count on products being delivered in a timely fashion. Products are protected during shipment and I personally have never had issue with any of my shipments from Lucky Vitamin.

My husband drinks beet performer beet juice every day before working out. At $3+ per can, it gets pretty expensive! I have searched everywhere for this juice at a lower price.(Amazon, Ebay, other nutrition sites, grocery stores, and more) and have always came up empty handed- until today. I've been totally happy with Lucky Vitamin for years now. They have great low prices on everything they carry- plus you get reward points for further savings. I love my local natural food stores, but they charge a lot more for some things like protein powder and we use so much that it helps me afford it by buying it here.
Everything is guaranteed and I've never had a need to return anything.
The website is pretty good. I like the quick reorder function and feel like searching is easy. Check out is fine.
The shipping takes a few days, but is reliable. Everything is well packaged. And we find the lucky boxes are great for reuse!

Products & selection are good, but I still dislike using the website. When I go through "my regimen" (about 95 items) and make a change, it flips me back to the top every time. In addition, when I selected "view details" for items listed as "(priced) too low to show", the entire system locked up. I tried to "back track & go forward" numerous times to no avail, finally risked a "refresh" and was lucky to get my "check out" screen again. In the past, my entire order has disappeared quite a few times, so now I print out the entire order (a waste of paper) before finalizing the order so as to ensure that I don't have to start over.

I recently ordered Yogi teas from here for the first time. The prices were excellent compared to where I had been previously buying tea so gave them a shot. They delivered very fast and had no issues so I immediately placed a second order and so far so good. I would recommend it to anyone interested in using organic products, vegan foods, other vitamin products, etc. They send out regular coupons via email which is also very helpful.
