I have yet to find better prices for the high quality brands Lucky Vitamin carries, and for this they get my 4 stars.
Having said that, the customer service can be very slow to respond. After several emails they eventually solved the problem of receiving an empty bottle of supplements.
I have been searching for a specific product that I cannot get anywhere else it seems these days and Lucky Vitamin had it! YAY! Price was about $1.50 more per box but it is a must have item. Other products I ordered were less than what I typically pay elsewhere. Great experience so far!
I have the hardest time navigating this website. Also, their packaging is always less than desirable. I want to organize the list but it only gives me one page of products then spits me back out to the main page. Trying to enter a different credit card is next to impossible too.
I wish there was a function to delete previously used cards. Makes me question the security. I've learned to order things that don't have liquid because when they arrive the liquid will be all over the other products. The company is good about replacing the liquid item but it doesn't account for the goop all over everything else.
This site has products that I want that other similar sites don't. Lucky Vitamin USED to ship really fast, but it seems in the last year they have slowed down their shipping quite a bit, which lost it a star from me. Their search function also seems a little clunky--

I've purchased from LUCKY and been a loyal customer for many years. I've learned so much from the product information plus my own research. I have never been disappointed! I trust them as my main resource for supplements and fun items like candles and make-up. I even bought my VITA MIX years ago and got the best price anywhere. I've ordered through Lucky Vitamin several times this year(2020) after finding them to be reliable in terms of low pricing and extensive product availability. I have had to wait for back ordered items a couple times and you may need to initiate phone contact if there's a delay- but they have always been on top of things after a phone call. There are one of my two standby companies I order from now.
Organic, low Cholesterol, low Potassium for me, Kosher. Small difficulty that Kosher items are all together - that means 61 pages of scrolling thru chips, spreads, etc., that I do not need - if grains, & beans, or cooking were separate, I'd be happier; yet the prices & selection are very good & no driving.
Lowest prices on line for my Aloe Vera juice. Order arrived on time and was carefully packaged to avoid damage. One time when a bottle was crushed due to rough handling from the shipping company Lucky Vitamins replaced it promptly.

When you have an issue, the online chat is just horrible to the point where it does not even recognize order number starting with LV. When you request for agent, you can't talk to them; one has to chat with him or her. They are equally bad because half the time in my experience they can't write proper English sentence and above all they make many spelling mistakes. May be you wish to consider sending these agents to England where they will learn proper language skills!
Additionally I am exploring Amazon and most of the products you offer are available with them. The reason for considering a change is: because they always have a live agent available for verbal conversation which you folks have decided to eliminate.
You had sent me a loyalty voucher/coupon which you system did not recognize. What a bloody shame! Why do you entice your customer and then not honour your voucher?
I love Lucky Vitamin because they have so many products to choose from and they provide excellent customer service. In addition, they refund your purchase if not satisfied for any reason, even opened products for 90 days. Cannot beat that!
Long hold times when you call customer service, merchandise listed as "in stock" but then once you place your order, you're notified that some items are back ordered, not even shipped yet. You could have bought what you ordered from a local store by the time you actually get your order. Packaging is competent, not great. At least the expiration dates are better than what you typically see in the local Brick and Mortar stores.
Having personalized and live assistance from experts means everything in this day and age. With a plethora of vitamin options to choose from, it can be a challenge to know which item is best for my needs. I was referred to Genevieve over a year ago and she has been a terrific help!
