All the reviews I read were bad regarding this product. I want a refund, now, please. I dont know why I even ordered this! Ive learned a lesson! Please dont continue to charge my credit card like what is happening to another customer.
First, they send too many emails. I ordered "super joint support". I stopped taking "celebrex "
And the pain was incredible, i suffered for a couple weeks waiting for the "super joint " kick in, i also ordered " heal n sooth" and took it at the same time, up to 10 a day, i don't feel a difference in the pain. Wait, i was stupid enough to order also the machine "back ease stretch " on special for $299,01 and i just found out that walmart has it for $245,00 and Jc penney for even less. I will not buy anything else from these company.
I’m not surprised the pain was incredible. Dropping celebrex or any drug “cold turkey” can have serious consequences. Did your doctor tell you to do that? You didn’t mention how much celebrex you were taking per day, but we never recommend any of our supplements as a replacement for current medication. If your desire is to replace your pain medication with natural supplements, this should be done gradually, over time under doctor supervision. First, by adding the supplement. And then slowly weaning yourself off the pain medication. If you’ve been in pain for years... or on pain medication for years... this may take awhile. This will allow your body to adjust as you make changes.
As for Walmart and JC Penney selling products similar to ours cheaper. It happens. I can’t police the thousands of retail establishments and make sure the prices are exactly the same 24 hours a day. Instead, with products like Backease I offer telephone support with one of our pain relief specialists. You can call or email 24 hours a day, and you’ll be able to ask advice on how to relieve pain. And this is for any condition. Depending on what product you purchase, this is a LIFETIME service. You won’t get that level of service anywhere else.
Also, many of these establishments have limited return policies. For example, some won’t take back “assembled” products. What that means is you could buy a product like Backease from them, take it home, assemble it, and then if you don’t like it... too bad for you. They won’t take it back because it has been assembled. Just because you see a lower advertised price doesn’t necessarily mean you are getting a better deal. You have to read the fine print.
My experience with this company, losethebackpain, is the similar to all the other 1 star reviews( why not 0 star?). I also ordered their book on Back Pain ( for a friend who was suffering). What I did not realize was that it was their trick to get my credit card details.
I was then horrified to see my credit card bills, every month, for a product which I never even ordered. To put a stop to this I had to eventually instruct my bank to issue me with a new credit card, i. E. with new and different credit card numbers.
They are AWFUL. They seem to have no business ethics.
BUYERS BEWARE.
The "money back guarantee" is a hook and not true. The pills are quite expensive, even with their discounts. You have to take many pills a day, increasing from two twice a day to 12 twice a day in the "loading" period. The introductory bottles, therefore, disappear quickly. You have to order a new bottle to keep up the regimen but as I finally decided it wasn't working as I wanted and was just too expensive to continue, I called to cancel my subscription. Of course, only the introductory bottles were returnable, not the additional one I had to order to continue the regimen. And you have to return the original bottles and any new orders must be unopened! How do you find out if it works if you run out of pills before you finish the "loading" period? So! It's expensive, results for pain relief were moderate, and their guarantee is empty. Why would I pay so much for pills when I can get the same relief from prescription medicine through my insurance for almost nothing? Save yourself the time, effort, and money.

My experience with them was the same as all of the other 1 star reviews. They are AWFUL. Broken products, mysterious repeating charges, stuff I actually ordered not sent to me. Plus, I really injured my back after implementing a suggestion on the Lose the Back Pain book. I will NEVER do business with them again.
I ordered ONLY the Calcium Lie book. Not another so so bottle of probiotics. Being charged 44.95. The girl-Blanca i spoke with of course knew nothing about nothing. Now I have to trudge to the Post Office, spend money to return it and hope and pray they take it off my card. BAD business practice. Cathy
Jesse Canone is working to help people - his book educates about how the back work and why it is not a perfect mechanism. It helped me and was great for what it is but it is not a miracle cure - the only miracle cure is daily exercise, care, careful diet and perseverance. Some people have complained about his web site sales of this book including unasked for a subscription to medicines - I am sure that this is another awful clever marketer and not Jesse.

I couldn't help but review this website. Take a look at these reviews and you will notice all of the positive reviews were written almost all on the same day literally within minutes of each other. Coincidence? I don't think so. You the reader be the judge on what reviews are REAL and which ones may have been written by friends or by the website owner himself. Maybe the next time someone decides to write fake reviews about themselves they Might consider spreading out the positive reviews a little more than 2 minutes apart... On the 19th I noticed like 3 reviews straight in a row all glowing reviews of this site. Hmmm...
I really should know better, but they had all the right keywords in their advertising. Maybe this one is on the level, I thought. Nope. Somewhere in the order must have been the fine print where I "approved" of continuous delivery of their product. I did not, but at least I canceled after on delivery. Like I say, not really fraud, but sleazy practice. They know exactly what they are doing. Lesson? Look online for comments before ordering. Thank you, lesson learned.

This is a follow up to my original review. I finally got to speak to a customer service representative who was able to verify that the product was not available for shipment when I ordered it. No one had checked the warehouse for availability. There was no future product availability information from the warehouse. The customer service representative agreed to refund my money. It has been credited to my account. I liked the product as it was advertised. However, if the product is indeed no longer available, the advertising and option to buy should be discontinued.

I also fell for the FREE book offer and had to pay the $4.95 shipping. They later charged my card with a $19.95 charge for a newsletter they said I ordered. They said I was sent a notice that I had to cancel in before 30 days was up. I never got such a notice. I didn't know anything about all of this until they charged my card. When I called they said they could not take it off but would cancel the new letter. What a rip off. I would not order anything again from this company. They are rip offs.
I also notice that the good reviews are all written close to the same time/day. I guarantee you that they are reviewing themselves to try and save face. I received what was supposed to be a 30 day trial of heal and soothe. It was only a 10 day supply. Then they sent me a full bottle 10 days later charging my account their ridiculous price. Go check out the ingredients and you can get better enzymes from lots of companies a lot cheaper. I emailed them and called them. They won't honor their ad of 30 days "free" supply (of course you pay a very high shipping cost for something they ship for less then $2.00). They are not an honest company or there is no way there would be this much negative on them. OH, by the way, they did tell me they couldn't change the sites that say you get the free 30 days supply although they are the ONLY place you can get heal and soothe. They try and put it off on others but they should know people aren't that stupid.
Do not order from this company, they will continue sending and charging your card for products you did not order, even after acknowledging your cancellation request. They steal your money and refuse to refund you for products you didn't order. I intend to get my money back from this fraudulent company even if that means involving my attorney.

I was dealing with terrible lower back issues about a year and a half ago. I found this site and have followed much of Jesse's advice. It worked for me! I take Heal & Soothe often and I purchased an inversion table which has worked wonders for me. I also bought the "Freeedom Back" chair support for my office chair since I sit at work all day. This also has really helped me. I also have tried "Rub On Relief" which does seem to help my knees when they are aching. I have no complaints about their website or recommendations. I have not had any back issues now for almost a year and all without paying for doctor visits for prescription drugs. I have no complaints whatsoevery!
I tried them since August 2017 and in Dec I am in the worst pain of my life. Those pills do not work and when I tried to cancel they told me that I have to pay for that month. I haven't received the pills and I have to pay for them. They don't have a return policy.
The pills after taste is horrible and cause Acid Reflux. Why do they lie?

There were no answers to any of my emails regarding unauthorised billings.
I have written to them last month but have received no reply. In the meantime I was thinking that it was sorted out.
Just now I receive another invoice from them
I have no recollection ordering a repeat. So far they have deducted about $54 from me and now have to cancel my credit card in order to stop this illegal billing.
