Ordered boots in February took forever to receive as soon as I took them out to try on 3 straps broke right off. Called was hung up on numerous times. Took pictures immediately and emailed them was told it was a manufacturer defect request an RMA. Got the approval RMA which states it was an approved defect to return them and shipping charges would be refunded. All I asked for was an exchange they received the boots but I heard nothing and no shipping was refunded. After call after call finally they tell me they gave me a store credit? What? Then was hung up on. Call after call and hung up on. Now they tell me they cannot seem that I did not break them even though pictures were emailed to them as soon as received. The item is no longer available if I want a refund it will be less 50% then surprise hung up on. My lawyer has all the emails and we will be contacting them with a lawsuit WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED should have read all reviews never would have made a purchase
I paid for an item on April 11,2016. I have not received the item nor have I been able to reach anyone to speak to them about why I haven't received my item. I also paid for 2 day shipping. The item was purchased for prom for my daughter. Unfortunately we didn't receive the shoes. I want my money back... a total refund on the shoes and the two day shipping.
I was a little hesitant to order from this site because the reviews weren't great. However, I noticed the shoe reviews were all pretty positive. So I ordered 3 pairs of sandals. They took about 2 weeks to get here and I love them! The quality is good and sizing is accurate. Definitely will be ordering more!
Purchased three pairs of shoes. Only received two with a note saying refunded. That was a month ago still no money, no shoes, and won't answer the phone. Would rate lower if I could
So I ordered didn't get confirmation email like it said I would, then I sent email, no response back, then called to check on order which I still haven't got and I paid for 2 days shipping, the lady said she would have someone from shipping call me back, no one has called yet.
The customer service was terrible. The company is a lie. Never got my product... they never sent my product but said it got lost after I complained and filed for my bank to reverse the charge...
This is my first time orderifrom this company, the clothes are nice and reasonably priced. The processing once you order an item takes a long time. I order my product a week ago and my order is still being processed
The quality was not good before I could wear any of the items they were falling apart. BUT delivery was OK I didn't receive all of the order and one of the order I got two of the same that I didn't order.
I ordered on March 31. It is now April 19 and I am yet to receive a confirmation email, tracking number or my items. The money has already been taken from my account and I have nothing to show for it!
I payed for 2 day shipping and it took a whole week for me to receive my shoes. I also called and the phone is always busy
While the merchandise is very cute and you had shoes in my size, I was taken by surprise when asked why billing and shipping addresses differed. I'm no stranger to ordering on line, but the phone call was just a surprise.
I ordered my items 2 weeks ago today and still haven't received my stuff.
Shipping and delivery were great. She tried the shoes on and the ankle strap was too short. The middle strap was four times too long so she can't wear them at all. Horrible quality.
Got my order on time, everything looked the same as the pics.
I was hoping the shipment would have arrived a few days earlier though
So you guys probably need to work on a shorter shipment time.
Love the bikini I got, really cute pattern and great for what I paid (under $20) but as I had suspected they run really small. I am not a dillusional person about my size, I am normally a size L, so assuming these ran small I ordered an XL. Still way too small. I am hoping once I have my summer bod I will fit into it nicely. But XL fits more like a M
This is the worst experience I have had with trying to shop online. I ordered 3 items and payed through PayPal on April 5. A week went by and it said my order was still "processing", I've tried calling customer service and emailing. I have yet to hear anything from the vendors. Then I go back to check today and it says my order was refunded (I see no refund on my account) when I never $#*!ing requested a refund I requested what the $#*! I paid 50 dollars for 2 weeks ago. Not to mention I was charged some 35 dollar fee was charged to my bank account and I don't even know what that for because I can't get in contact with anyone. I'm pissed and very dissatisfied because I was looking forward to wearing the pieces I purchased, BUT I GUESS ILL NEVER SEE THEM OR MY MONEY I WASTED
