I order my item over a week ago. I still haven't received a conformation email but the money was taking out my account. It's going into 2weeks now and I haven't received anything to show that it will soon be arriving. When I check the status it only says "shipped"..

I absolutely love my shoes. I received them within a week. The only thing is that I didn't receive an email confirmation for my payment. This left me feeling a little uneasy. But after calling and speaking to a representative, she confirmed that they received my order. I received the shoes sooner than she said! Great service I will definitely shop Lollicouture again!

The ordering/processing of my order was ok. I can't use the swimsuit though and that's disappointing. The bottoms part is good but the cups on the top are TOO SMALL! Judging by reviews, that seems to be an issue with other women, as well.

The dress was not all like described and the size was way off. The company either sent the wrong size all together or the size is not accurate. There is no label on the dress so I have no idea what size was sent to me. I needed the dress for Saturday and it. Was delivered on Friday so no time to reorder. I wo t order again from this company.

I have not receive my order. I order on April the 12. When I calls nobody ever picks up the phone. Tried to track my order it want let me track my order

The shoe I order had a leather material exterior but the shoe was suede. I still love the shoe just wish the picture was not misleading.

I have not been sent any correspondence on my order. I paid through PayPal and tried to search the he order to see the status and nothing is coming up that I have even ordered anything from the site. It's been 13 days since I placed my order and the shipping policy says 5-7 days for shipping. After today I will be filing a dispute with PayPal to get a refund.

I have yet to receive any information regarding my order and each time I call customer service they only tell me that it's in the processing stage and they cannot provide me with any shipping details at this moment which I don't understand since the money has been out of my account since the purchase date.
